I just wanted to say how welcomed I felt and how lovely, warm and kind James was. He gave me a crash course in the culture of entertainment modelling, casting and talent. He took so much time to show me the ropes and lended me so much expertise on to how to maximise my job opportunities, how to manage my socia media profile properly and so much more. He has a big heart and has taken me under his wing, the agency is more of a family. They care and are excellent :)

I really like the staff atmosphere and efficiency of this company. First of all, I would like to thank Tamim, james and lilly who helped me because I am not familiar with and understand the local culture, language and communication, but they are not only very patient. The attitude to answer my questions is also very good. This makes me have a very good impression of this company, especially James. He called me to explain my problem. When I knew he was the boss, I was very shocked. James not only didn’t have the boss’s tone and attitude. It is also very good and helped me solve many problems! I think the boss of a company can do this personally for this company. It will not be worse. At least so far, I have not seen any boss of a manager company do this. This shocked me and made me feel about this. The company is full of confidence

They are an agency that prove to be professional but all they do is Shame the applicants if we find out about them. They approached me saying that I have to pay a registration fee for signing up, they'll make the portfolio for me(for which they'll charge hundreds) . In general no genuine agency takes money from a model for recruiting her/him. I felt suspicious which is why I did not reply back. They called me again and I voiced out my concern by saying, I cannot afford that much money, and I don't think anyone asks for registration fee anywhere to hire models. I voiced out my opinion in a very polite way. They reply back saying we have rejected your application cos you are unworthy of joining us. You were really rude to the staff and you have zero industry knowledge about how talent agency works. Your attitude is bad which is why we are rejecting you . LOL I never accepted their offer for then to reject me. Just because I exposed them and it hurt their ego ,they took the upper hand in rejecting me and branding my character for them to remove me from their list. That's the most shallow thing anyone can do, let alone a "professional" agency like theirs.I just put forward my concern as a customer and their job is to give me trust to join the agency rather than shaming me by saying "my attitude is bad, I have poor domain knowledge, and I was rude" what a "smart " move.
This is not the way a genuine agency reacts to a customer feedback. This is how they show their "professionalism".
Would never recommend!
Do not waste your money on "registration fees" and god knows when they'll call you back with a casting. Never work with an agency that treats the employees bad.
Rather spend this money on a vacation!

We’re Completely new to modelling so knowing what to do/who to sign with was a big decision. My daughter Aoife (pronounced ‘ee fa’ 😉 just for you James haha) had a fab first photoshoot a few weeks ago after which we were contacted by at least 6 agencies, some still getting in touch now. Out of all these agencies LBD stood out instantly, before even having a telephone conversation with the absolutely gorgeous James. I felt like I’d known him for years and spent a considerable amount of time chatting. He advised me on the next steps, what to look out for, what to do/what not to do, which was massively appreciated as I hadn’t a clue! Since this initial call I’ve had regular emails, messages and calls with several members of the Little Big Door team, who are all truly welcoming and inspiring. They guide me in the right direction and I know what needs done in going forward. This is something that I understand needs time and effort putting in if I want Aoife to get work, which we are 100% willing to do. I’m just so grateful for the advice and support and know that we’ve 100% gone with the PERFECT agency. Thanks LBD and we’re super excited to be part of the team. ⭐️

I was called by a very kind and personable representative from the agency and treated with immediate respect and understanding. I have since registered with the agency and am pleased to have joined a caring institution in what can be a relatively hostile industry.

I have had a couple offers from different modelling agencies but feel as though I have made the best choice by going with Little Big Door Company. Just came off the phone with Lilly and she is so down to earth and genuine. (Answered all of my questions) Can’t wait to see what happens in the future with this company :)

hey there i only just signed with this agency this week and l have to say lily is awesome. she made me feel so comfortable not just as a person but also to totally want to join so l did. she spoke to me as a friend would. and felt l already know her.gave me all the advice l needed and more importantly did NOT tell me what l wanted to hear but what l needed to hear. l felt id be missing out if l did not. as there are loads of scammers out there but not this agency. l am very excited about my future with little big door and l am even more excited that l joined

Brilliant agency james had really help me out today he was great to talk too over the phone got on great im excited and really looking forward on becoming the best model i can be and where i want to be in the modelling industry and with littlebigdoors help i know i will get exactly that they are genuine and they are exactly who they say they are i would highly recommend there company...

Lilly Shiels and James was really amazing when speaking on the phone to them both. I could tell they was really nice genuine people and I haven’t even met them yet! When speaking to James he didn’t sugarcoat anything and told me what I needed to hear rather then what I wanted to hear and I respect that a lot. If you was thinking to sign to littlebigdoors I would say yes as it’s a good agency who will help you through out your journey in being a model. Thank you James and Lilly Shiels.😊

Well what can I say about this fabulous company?
Firstly I have to say a massive thank you to James. Not only does he have the most Amazing personality, gives the best advice, is so supportive and is just an all round angel to me! The confidence and drive he gives me is unreal and I am forever grateful. I am very much looking forward to creating your mega idea with "the coke can"

Everyone at this agency is so helpful and supportive, if I were to give any advice on choosing an agency it would hands down be these guys. If it wasn't for this agency I wouldn't have the faith in myself to do this at all.

I've just been signed to this great Agency. James has been amazing, very supportive. I have been quite anxious and struggling with my first self tape. James has got back to me, even as busy as he is. He has more than re-assured and guided me with his positivity and encouragement. I already believe in myself so much more. He is more than professional and straight to the point. Well.. I don't know where to start. I cant thank James enough for not only supporting both my children through this journey but supporting me to. He listens, he generally cares, and is always at the end of the phone, never have I ever met someone so warm hearted and genuine. A true diamond. The support for my children is second to none, absolutely amazing, training programmes with clear instruction and not lead with false hope. The first honest company I have come across. Of course I signed my children straight up! do I regret it? No way!!

The company doesn't lie, its upfront and honest, they send out little training programmes to help your children grow and adapt, they are 5 minute tasks that really do help build there confidence.

I have recently been able to join James and his team and I couldn't be happier, a new journey with new opportunity in an area of work I would of never imagined, not only the start of an amazing journey for my two children but for me aswell

With a wonderful team who are willing to connect and socialize, but most importantly, ensure you progress in the industry, it is needless to say that this agency takes the top spot. Words fail to define how good of an agency Little Big Door actually is. Not only have they been honest with me from the start but the owner and director himself James has been a heaven sent given how he's helped me in ways many I'm positive no other agency would help especially a start up model such as myself. I've had a lot of experiences with scam agencies. But when James from little big door contacted me I knew right away this was the right agency. Talking to James on the phone was like talking to an old friend you've known for years, he gave me all the right advice, never stopped complimenting me but was also straight to the point and knew what to say and how to say it professionally.
