Being new in the industry everything was very daunting not knowing who to trust or who would be honest and help
James is amazing, his advice is honest and straightforward he doesn’t fill you with false hope he tells it the way it is.

I was always dubious around agencies as had bad experiences. This all changed about 18 months ago when I had a chat with James and he actually spoke to me like a human being, we chatted for a while and then I visited him and he showed me how they work. I came away feeling very reassured.
These guys are very proactive and thats what you want with an agency. A team of people who work hard to help you move forward in your career.
I have recommended them to fellow models and actors.
What I love is the Instagram page displaying and congratulating you when you have been shortlisted for a role, its very inspiring.
I gave them 5 stars even though in my eyes they're worth more!!!!

As I have just started modelling in October I’ve been a bit confused on how to build my portfolio and help be noticed ,so I decided to call littlebigdoor agency as I am signed up with them and after being on the call to James I feel so much more confident and feel like I am now on track with what I need to do to be more noticed and get jobs. Appreciate it so much because its an agency that actually cares about your success

James was really helpful,and very approachable. Made me feel at ease everytime I spoke to him. I was feeling a bit lost on what to do while waiting for jobs in this pandamic and he called back as soon as he saw my email and gave me really constructive advice that made me feel really energised and optimistic. He also provided me with lots of ideas that I can do around the house that will be helpful in building up my portfolio, so thank you 😁!!!

I recently signed with Little Big Door and while our relationship is in its infancy I'm already super impressed with their professionalism. This agency is amazing!! They are not like the other agencies where they just ask for money, this agency actually cares about you as an artist and can speak to you on the phone whenever you need help and also speak to you outside office hours if needed. I suggest you join them because you will also get to speak to James, who is the best agent I have ever spoke to, he is amazing, kind , funny and I couldn’t ask for something better to help me through this process💗

Speaking to James today was a breath of fresh air. I joined Little Big Door in August 2019. I was given training manual and guidance . Also encouragement to self promotion. I was new to this but with the inspiration from James I have grown with more confidence. If I have a problem or not sure of something I know James is always there to to give help and guidance.

Little Big Door... what can I say? I joined little big door in July 2019 as a model just starting out in the industry. With little knowledge I didn’t really know what to do but as soon as I joined Little Big Door, James made sure I was fully educated, I was provided with a models manual and he really did go above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and comfortable within the agency. Such a waste of time! I have been with them for 4 months! They never called me or send me any email.
They weren’t even following me on Instagram.
They never send me any breakdown of the roles they applied me for.
It was like being with a ghost! I prefer represent myself.
I sent them several emails regarding roles on Spotlight and they never put me through.
No self tapes, no call back, nothing for 4 months!
They never even bother to call me during the Covid and asked me if I was Oki.
Big waste of time!

On top of that they were harassing me on Sunday morning and afternoon in order to delete my negative review about their bad agency and now they are treating me of silly!

They can’t treat an actor like that! We need to be respected by the agents!
They have never sent me any breakdown of their 32 jobs they applied me for!
I am sure they haven’t submitted for any role!
Anyway good luck with your clients!
I am happy to leave a disrespectful agent like you!

We have tried to contact you via telephone today to discuss what you have written on Trustpilot. As you clearly did not get the response from your 9:30am email you thought the best thing was to write a negative review. I am giving you the option of calling to discuss and removing your review ( which is flawed ) or we will post a reply that may be more damaging to your ongoing career in the eyes of casting directors. The option is obviously yours to make and we will be officially replying tomorrow in business hours.

I am so happy that I signed with Little big door. I can't thank James enough, he is so genuine and he is an absolute delight to work with and very knowledgable. The communication and training has been ongoing and my emails always get replied to. Massive great big 5 stars to Little big door.
