Brilliant time at a great price

Easy to use and always great deals and ideas of things to do

It works well like for cinema then fussing for non working codes over net. Apart from cinema not a huge amount of deals and those that are a little off.

I’ve a raised an issue. Spoke to someone (who was quite rude) and have had no response for over a week. I have been a regular LittleBird user but utterly disappointed by this.

I love Littlebird! I signed up with them years agom when they were just starting out, and their customer ervice is second to none, even now that they have grown and expanded. Great discounts on some wonderful experiences.

Whilst we all had fun & made the most of our evening, unfortunately not all the Christmas lights were switched on/lit. A week later I heard an announcement on the radio saying the lights on Oxford St. were going to be switched on!

I think this should have been foreseen, so the tour should have started a week later than advertised so that we/all could have experienced the full enjoyment of the lights.

One last thing, our tour guide, nice as he were, was not very engaging especially for the children (and there were a few). He was quite dry & couldn’t really be heard clearly.

If I decide to do this tour again, I will definitely go at a later date throughout Nov/Dec and maybe with a tour that is better geared towards families & children.

I love littlebird as it gives me great ideas of events to take my son to which we both enjoy at a reasonable cost

I really like Little Bird and I recommend to everyone I know. The reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because they Chelsea Xmas Market was very plain expensive and totally not worth it. On my opinion. I was expecting and have seen better.

Another fantastic and hassle free experience with Little Bird. We saved £40+ on our Thames river cruise! Thank you
