Littlebird is a fantastic website for families. I check it regularly for family outings and gifts. I don't know what I'd do without it. The website is easy to use hassle free. I've also recently had to contact customer care, my fault, and they responded super quick, were friendly and happy to help. I highly recommend using Littlebird!

Excellent customer service
Ordered 2 frames but they sent me the wrong colour for one of the frame. They were really heavy and inconvenient to take to the post office. The company offered to replaced it but for convenience sake we decided to keep it. LittleBird was fantastic about dealing with my query and now I’m very happy with the service I received.

I believe that our Customer Service team have been in contact with you to try and resolve the issue. 2tech were happy to provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the incorrect items in exchange for the correct items but as you were unable to return the items you have now chosen to keep the frames that were delivered.

great range of offers but in busy world, wish it could just be a one stop shop!
Offers are great and already saving on experiences. Only reason for not giving 5stars is claim process. Having to buy through LittleBird and then redeem vouchers /codes through retailer. It’s not hard, just extra layer in purchasing process. Won’t stop me using it. May not be possible and no complaints on range of savings offered!

Fab family days out with a good discounts worth a look at Littlebird
When you book with Littlebird you not only save money but is always so straight forward. We recently bought tickets for the World ping pong championship at Alexander Palace. We all had a fab time. It was excellent value for money and would have not known about it otherwise. We have bought tickets for other family Days out and always been good value and had a great out through Littlebird.
