Have placed two orders, one was a multiple order. Neither has arrived. Have emailed them and no response. Will be contacting my bank to seek a refund and the bank can deal with this company. Buyers beware.

Horrendous customer service. Offering products that they don't have in stock and then sending something else.

I ordered, spent almost 50 pounds, nothing came they refused refund, then provided all these tracking numbers…. Randomly, I tried to dispute the fact I didn’t receive not 1 item, told me sorry a couple of figures were lost but if I do another order, they’ll send them for free. Absolute joke, will never order off this company again.

Wish I could give them a zero star rating. I did not get what I ordered. First I was told there were two separate packages. Then one delivered with one of seven figures I ordered, and a charger that I did not order. Then all of a sudden, the packages turned into one package when asked for the second tracking number. Was told to file a claim with the USPS. Customer is slow to respond and no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The figures finally arrived after almost two weeks. When I opened one of the packages I found it had one arm and three hands so emailed the support and nothing has been acknowledged or replied to. To that end the figures a good, delivery time is rubbish and the customer service is even worse

After reading reviews here I can’t lie I was extremely worried after making quite an expensive order. The 14 days was up yesterday and I allowed my anxiety to get the better of me and sent them an email requesting an update and outlining I would be speaking to my bank had I not heard back within two weeks. Then I was very pleasantly surprised that my order was delivered today in its entirety and very satisfactory the little guys are too! Thank you ever so much for your patience with my hasty email not that they replied but it was only yesterday evening I sent it. I have indeed sent another email apologising today!

The customer service is an absolute joke. Not only will they take days to reply for until a return is too late, but they’ll offer no solution and keep talking about their “substitution policy”. When an order is placed for an item the customer should receive that specific item, not something they didn’t ask for unless agreed upon by both parties. They state they do this for quick deliveries, however it still takes 2 weeks for an order to arrive so I don’t see the rush. Their so called substitution policy is stated to be very clear when ordering and checking out, however it is only seen when scrolling down to the end of the page and clicking returns and more. Furthermore I had received a substitution for an item that states is in stock and still in stock as of today. So not only are their policies absolute rubbish, they cannot keep stock count properly. After emailing numerous times waiting for a response of at least a return or a refund, neither were given. Ultimately I’ve had to go through my bank to deal with this.

Terrible customer service. Item never arrived. After "looking into it", they advised me that the item had been delivered. It hadn't. Their next email told me I should contact the courier to raise a claims form! Me contact them? Sure as the seller, who chooses the courier, that's their job?

Anyway, don't think I'll be getting my money back, good job I didn't spend a lot.

I would definitely not recommend using them.

The fact that you haven't forgotten about my order.

Ordered figure 01/08/2025 and when I contacted them on the 19th to say it hadn't arrived they insisted it had been delivered on the 11th. I messaged them 3 further times to say it had still not arrived but they will not respond to my messages

I ordered a Dustin figure from Stranger Things for my grandson. When the item finally arrived, it was Mike from Stranger Things, not Dustin. At no time was I told that Dustin was out of stock, and it was advertised as ‘in stock’ on their website. When I contacted the company they directed me to their overly complicated Refund policy, which states that items may be substituted without notice. In fact, all their policies appear to absolve them of any responsibility towards their customers.

I would warn anyone thinking of buying from this company to check all policies before parting with any money, and also be prepared to accept a substitution, despite the item being listed as ‘in stock’.

I now have a very disappointed grandson, who will definitely not recommend this company to any of his friends. I feel the same way. Shame on you Little Block Company for prioritising profit over customer satisfaction.

I am super disappointed in my order.
The quality compared to LEGO is terrible. It’s so hard to get their arms in & they are so stiff yet their legs fall out if you hold it by the torso.
It wasn’t till after they were sent that I was advised there “could be substitutions”.
I ordered Woody specifically because I wanted Forky that came with him. I got sent Jessie & no Forky.
I ordered the Ghost Zombie Captain from Pirates of the Caribbean specifically because I wanted the grey tattered cape, skull & cross bones hat & eye patch. I got some weird cross between a pirate & someone in a frilly tux with flowing hair.
I emailed them as soon as my order arrived expressing my disappointment & requesting they sent the minifig I ordered. They haven’t not even bothered to reply. Would NOT recommend.

I just put a few minifigs in my cart. Every one is listed at £4.99. It tells me the total will be £34. Cool. Go to check out, subtotal is £63, and all items are now €9. Zero explanation. Go back, yup definitely listed at £4.99. I see nothing indicating its not just the listed price somehow. I have to assume this website is a scam.

Ordered a Lego set - came without a box and no evidence that was authentic. No book or anything. Just in a reused plastic bag. Came smelling awful too. Emailed three times without a response!

Order 4 minifigures, package arrived and not one of them were correct. It appears they just put random minifigures in the package and mailed them out. I would not recommend this website.

Terrible!!!! Received one out of 5 items. Numerous emails all ignored. Shipping disappeared off the shop app as soon as I started emailing them.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!

Don’t bother. All good until you have a problem and 5 emails later they still haven’t responded and you have to take it up with your bank.
