Figures are nice, I say nice. Dont touch them, dont even assemble them. They break upon assembly and certainly dont contact them it takes 4 days at minimum to acknowledge a response, I attached photos of evidence they gor then they asked again for the same pictures like they were stuck on a script, they dont want to deal with the issue. I purchased some for a bits for a bit of fun for my dad and its been an absolute waste of £25, they dont want to give back anything for the broken ones which are unusable, hands & head is snapped so pretty pointless having a C3PO body on display. The delivery was 16 days as it was.

After waiting 2 weeks for the item to arrive it is not what is pictured. To be fair it doesn't state it is Lego but they have used images seemingly copied from Lego website but it is nothing like it. We contacted them about a return/refund and have heard nothing. Don't be fooled.

Ordered a figure more than 5 weeks ago still no sign of delivery. Also they are not going to refund.

used this company a couple times now, and theyve just been brilliant. First of all, the quality of the items are superb, absolutely love them. Secondly, their staff are so friendly and attentive in resolving an issue i had, just really detailed responses, and not waiting days for a response either. would highly recommend them :)

Our order was not satisfying, as our two main articles haven't been sent. There was no communication to us, that the items were not on stock and would be replaced. My son was very dissapointed - we would not make the order without the favorized items. We could not cancel the order and we received replacement articles which were not requested. The support refered to the general terms and conditions - so the solution was not customer-friendly. The items are also not orginal LEGO-figures, just fake goods from China. If we had known that, we wouldn't have ordered it.

I ordered a mini figure but was sent the wrong one. They then told me that if they don't have the item in stock they will then send our a fandom piece to "fulfil the order quickly FOR ME". So all I got was a random piece of Lego I didn't want.
I have emailed them over and over for weeks and only got a response from them when I spammed them with dozens of emails in one day. Then they got in touch to tell me to email someone else, but not to answer my question.
The item is still showing as in stock and after nearly 2 months of waiting for a response I'll go back to flooding their inbox.
This company says it will send out random things to customers just so they can close the order whether it's correct or not.

After accepting my order they advised that I would not receive one of the items as it was out of stock. Upon receipt of my order I received the wrong items and I did not receive the free gift that was promised. In addition, the items I did receive are cheap Chinese knock offs. I do not recommend.

Order 6 mini figs 7 days ago. Arrived this morning. Sephiroth, Predator, invis Predator, Silver Surfer, Alien (Covenant version) and Super Saiyan Gohan.
Received all I ordered and a bonus Elvira mini fig.
Was wary after reading reviews. But my experience has been perfect and would use again. U.K. customer.

Ordered a mini figure for my collection. When it arrived it wasn't the one ordered. Emailed and they said:

“When a specific item is unexpectedly unavailable at the time of packing, our fulfilment team may substitute it with a similar figure based on the same category, theme, or value to avoid delaying your shipment. This helps us get your order out to you on time.

Please note that this substitution policy was clearly stated on our website and agreed upon at checkout. It was also mentioned in the order confirmation email you received.”

I did not get a refund nor did they offer to send correct one, nothing. So I ordered something, they didn't have one available and sent me something i did not order or want. Then said ‘should have read the small print pal’. Might as well of just stolen my money.

What retailer honestly operates like this? Imagine ordering something online, lets say a sofa, and a table and chairs turns up. ORER DELIVERED!! Ridiculous!!

Terrible company to deal with, I placed a large order with them and tried a couple of times to contact them to ask if they could forward a tracking number for my order and didn’t receive a single response. Then when the order finally turned up half of the items I ordered are missing with no explanation. Not impressed at all and definitely won’t recommend or return!

I was happy with the figures I ordered, but they took a while to arrive and all seemingly came from China, which in itself is fine, but the site says all orders are sent from the UK unless otherwise stated. I've amended this review after a few emails back and forth and have been assured my original concerns would be addressed in future. As I said, the figures themselves are great and I'm willing to try ordering again in future in the hope the delivery experience is better now.

Have placed two orders, one was a multiple order. Neither has arrived. Have emailed them and no response. Will be contacting my bank to seek a refund and the bank can deal with this company. Buyers beware.
