Never answer emails, take money but dont send product. In my view a terrible company and if you dont agree go look at the rest of their reviews!

One figure arrived damaged most likely during shipping . The replacement was sent without any hassle

Item not in secure packaging, so arrived damaged.
Emailed for further whatttado.. no answer.
Re-emailed… no answer.
Go to google to check reviews and I see other unhappy customers, clearly this company do not care.
Just don’t bother wasting time or money 🤷‍♀️

2nd time posting a review as they didn’t like how I worded the first review.
So they have time to check all our reviews but no time to answer my emails. That just says everything!!

First time ordering and overall a very smooth experience . The figures feel solid and are clearly not cheaply made

Courier left the parcel with a neighbour without notifying me which was annoying but the item itself arrived safely and in good condition

Items came with bags cut open in the corner so some pieces missing. 1 Lego figure has a snapped piece so was broken and unable to build it. Some characters substituted for characters we didn’t want! Customer service don’t even offer to rectify and send out new ones. All they say is “thanks for letting us no and sorry”

Okay, so I was nervous after reading some of the reviews but I ended up having an entirely positive experience.

The pieces are highly detailed. They look amazing. My 'extra free piece' was another character from the same set and not one I'd already ordered, so perfect.

These pieces are clearly coming all the way from China, but so what! Leave about 3-4 weeks for delivery and it's not an issue.

Ordered a fallout-style figure and the outer box was damaged during delivery. The figure itself was fine and clearly well packed so on real issue

Should have listened to the reviews. Despite ordering well before Christmas and using their fast track delivery option, I’m still waiting to receive two tiny figures. How hard can it be!
Every other single online retailer has fulfilled their delivery promise

Update - items arrived four days after Christmas. Ordered two NFL figures, ended up with Ronaldo!
Shop elsewhere and don’t make the same mistake I did.

This company does not send anything to you , its been 2 weeks they say its been sent and cannot give tracking as they dont offer it i have raised to paypal please avoid scam

Avoid at all costs, they are an absolute con. I ordered over 5 items to receive a free gift and after over a week they refunded 1 item to make it below the threshold for a free gift. They also split the delivery in 2 separate parts to maximum the cost. The items are now over the prescribed delivery date and to be honest I am not holding my breath. Not happy.

The items clearly come from china as they take about 3 weeks to arrive and have Chinese writing on the package.
Not the end of the world if when it finally comes, what you actually ordered is inside the package!
I ordered 6 figures, only received 2 that I actually ordered, the rest were ones I didn’t ask for and 2 of these were the same figure!!
When you email them, they take over a week to reply and you go round in circles with them asking the same questions then taking another week to respond!
Xmas present down the drain and had to replace with something else as they sent figures my son already had!
On top of this they’re cheap rubbish not even like Lego!
Just avoid and buy elsewhere
Will be claiming a refund with my credit card

Missing multiple items and emailed them 5 times over 3 weeks and no response ever. I see many others have same experience. They source their mini figs from China (per package I received) and all they do is take your $9 US and buy the same figure in China for $1 US (or less) and take the gain with no accountability for errors. Just go online and bypass this terrible company.
UPDATE: Funny they have time to flag this review, but not respond to any of my emails. Terrible.

I like the selection of different characters that you have. I don't mind waiting for my order to arrive. I would like for you to not substitute some characters for others. If you don't have them in stock. Thank you for letting me shop at your store.

All the figures I received are exactly as shown and came with all their pieces.

Ordered two figures, received one. Not worth the price as they come in a cheap little crinkly bag so no use as gifts. I wouldn’t waste my money. Straight in the bin.

This review has been edited since receiving the order. It took a couple of weeks to arrive so I was quite anxious of its whereabouts as tracking went unchanged for a week. Customer service did respond promptly initially stating it was in transit, but took a few days to respond to questions about the time frame, by which time it had arrived.
The items came in individual packets from China in one pack so no nice packaging. The free gift was another mini figure of a variation of one I'd ordered. The figures themselves seem resonable, they look like the pictures. I did not expect them to be genuine lego so if thats what you are after, this is not the place for you. They will be assembled at Christmas as I bought them for gifts. Just happy they arrived and Im sure the kids will like them.
