Good product

Over all its a good product really well fitting but for me its a bit longer in height and also its a bit over priced incase if it had a price range of 600-700 i could have suggested you to buy for sureeeeee.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this brand. I placed an order and had to return the items because the fit was completely off, the material quality was poor, and the white pants even had stains on them. This was far from what I expected based on the brand’s reputation.

After returning the items, I received a gift card worth ₹1260 instead of a refund. The gift card shows an expiry date of February 20, 0006, which seems like it is supposed to mean no expiry. However, when I tried to use it, I was told that the gift card has already expired.

Overall, both the product quality and the customer experience have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

I ordered a dress for my anniversary…

I ordered a dress for my anniversary and was a bit confused if the size will be perfect or not. If the size is not good my anniversary party will go for a toss and i will have to wear my old saree again. But to my surprise the dress was a perfect fit to me and it got appreciated in my entire circle. Most of them asked from where I have bought the dress. It was a good moment for me.

Why is no one talking abt little box…

Why is no one talking abt little box shoe quality. The price are quite reasonable for a good shoe yet they provide such cheap quality shoe. It hardly last for a month. I ordered one mary jane shoe. It was torn in two weeks meaning the sole got detached. I thought maybe i was just in bad luck. Tried buying another shoe with different design. It literally broke in half, in a month. Soo dissappointed n absolutely waste of money.

Beware of fraudsters

My Order is #2033566.I canceled 2 outfits worth Rs 1348. I got refund of Rs 848 only. My order had 4 outfits, only two were B1G1, other two were not on B1G1 which was canceled. Littlebox duped me.
My other orders 1889135 and 1879642, I partially canceled as they took 40 days and yet couldn't manufacture. They said they refunded but not sharing transaction details with me. I paid through UPI mandate. Bank mandate has already expired, I received no refund.

This app is so fake

This app is so fake. I returned one item and they credited my amount as a voucher which should be applicable for 1 year . In just 3,4 days I purchased one item and they said voucher is expired.
They didn't tell me this earlier. My recommend u all to not purchase from this app.

Issues with the dress

Order a top did not like it so paid 200 extra and exchanged it with a dress.. Now this dress is so weird that it doesn’t go through my head the neck is so so so small.. i highly doubt even if kids can go through it.

I recently ordered 5 tops in XL size…

I recently ordered 5 tops in XL size from littlebox india and my sisted even purchase on jumpsuit for me, so in total there are 6 piece. However, upon receiving them, I found that all of them are extremely tight and fit more like a Small rather than an XL.

My Order ID: 1950962

For reference, my regular size is Large, which I consistently order from other websites and local stores without any issue. This clearly indicates that the sizing mentioned on the website does not match the actual product measurements.
If I check the return policy, it mentions store credit, in this case, that solution does not work for me. Since the available sizes already run much smaller than standard sizing, I am unable to reorder a larger size even with store credit.

I am trying to contact them since 2 days, no one is responding on email or whatsapp

Do something, or else I need to take further steps, as you cant keep my this much money with you, when you dont have sizes, I can share the measurement of your clothes and mine, to verify even!!

Disappointed with their returns policy

Very disappointing experience with Littlebox India.

The products were flimsy and the fit did not match what was advertised. The bigger issue is their return policy — they do not provide refunds, only store credit.

When trying to exchange items, delivery charges are added again and the full store credit cannot be used smoothly. This forces customers to keep paying extra money just to use their own balance.

Overall, the refund and exchange process feels unfair and non-transparent

Don’t know who has given good reviews…

Don’t know who has given good reviews to little box on app store, fake paid review for sure. Ordered 3 items on Jan 18th for the first time. 2 arrived within 10 days. Sizes were not fitting me hence, requested exchange of one and return of one. Had to pay 99 rs for each pick up. The exchange one came with pathetic misalingned stitching and the one I returned, they had no option to return the money to source but kept in their wallet, so you are forced to use it on their site. 3rd item is yet to be dispatched as on 10th Feb. Don’t waste your money on this fraudulent website.
