I ordered a red dress from the app the the size was not correct if I wanted to return it then also I’ve to pay 99₹ fee as pickup charges and same for the return and there refund policy also sucks as the money gets collected back to the store credit n not your original payment method totally disappointing

I shouldn't be even giving littlebox a star ...my parcel was due on 27th dec 2025 not yet arrived..have cancelled my order..some Anil creep lands on my whatsapp saying ill get back to you well its been more than 2 hours no one bothers...have sent him my cancellation confirmation...yet no response...this site is truly sucks ...hope to get my money else ill have to say this is a fraudulent site and dont buy anything from here ,your money is gone,no parcel ...their phone number is not working, email says dont send messages here...very sad just be aware
There product's material are very cheap and shitty, the color, the fit and whole thing is below average, they show the cute and beautiful products on their app or website but after ordering it shows their real look. I had to buy forcefully because they don't give refunds they give store credit after deducting money. They only do the colorful advertisements of their products but when normal people buy it then they regret. Very horrible experience.

I ordered a couple of dresses through these guys online for Onam and they totally screwed up delivery. Queries on Whatsapp or their ticketing system has been dealt at their own leisure time and absolutely no regard for the customer. Kindly stay away from them. Waste of money and time.
I had one of the most disappointing experiences with little box. I have been waiting for my refund for weeks, but despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response from their customer service team. Every time I tried to contact them, I either received vague replies or no response at all.
What’s even more concerning is that I have now come across several other reviews and videos online where customers are claiming the same thing – that refunds are delayed or never processed. This raises serious doubts about the company’s credibility.
If my refund is not processed immediately, I will have no choice but to take this matter to the Consumer Court and also report it to the relevant authorities for investigation.
Customers should be aware before trusting this company with their money. A genuine business resolves issues quickly instead of ignoring customers.
The quality is average and matches the price, but they provide misleading information regarding services and dispatch timelines. It’s been a complete waste of time dealing with them. I had a really bad experience placing an order with Little Box India. I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. There was no confirmation email or tracking information, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get any sort of update. The customer service is almost non-existent — slow to respond, and when they do reply, it’s vague and unhelpful. There website is totally West...
What’s worse, they claimed the item was "out for delivery" multiple times, yet nothing showed up. Eventually, I was told there was a "system issue," and my order was apparently never processed properly. No apology, no compensation — just a refund after wasting my time and energy.
