Little city treat is a great idea and I booked a haircut with Sarah Bradshaw for my 92 year old mum as getting to a salon is not so easy for her I paid in advance and added specific details on the booking to help the stylist and mum Unfortunately the stylist was not able to gain access when she arrived and did phone , with a no ID number, so we couldn’t phone them back
It took several emails before a refund was issued along with the the following statement

Stylist Sarah has asked that you don't make future booking with her due to not being able to cater for the additional time that may be required for mobility issues.

I think the service could improve if stylists make it clear what their capabilities are and if they didn’t withhold their telephone number when calling

Sergei was absolutely brilliant. Best massage I’ve experienced. Asked for firm pressure and that’s exactly what I got. I’ve had knots in my back that no one for years was able to get to….apart from Sergei.

Friendly, professional and brilliant all round. Will defo use again!

Had a very relaxing massage from Tomasz, he was kind, attentive, and checked in as we went helping me manage some of my joint issues. 10/10 would recommend!

A lovely manicure with a warm, friendly and efficient manicurist. It was most helpful to come to the house as the client is elderly and getting out and about is less easy.

Marly was great. Very professional. Listened to my requests and was able to do what I wanted. Hair and makeup last all day. She was on time and very personable. Would highly recommend her.

Floenti is a lovely lady and her massage was amazing. I will definitely be booking her again. 10 out of 10.

Lady was very nice and polite however I felt it was not deep tissue massage as I requested. May be she was tired as it was the last session of the day. It was not value for money.

Excellent service

This is totally out of our comfort zone… My sister-in-law and I had our hair blow dried, at our hotel, I booked a bespoke long hair style and I felt beautiful for my son’s wedding. Sarah our stylist was prompt, incredibly professional and she also seemed to know exactly what we wanted without any prior notice. Our styling has lasted for days. Thank you Sarah for helping us feel elegant on such an incredible occasion.

I had a brilliant experience with Marley doing my hair and make up for an event. Really pleased with the result and everything was made so easy with Marley coming to my house and doing both hair and make up so I didn’t need to schedule separately. My hair and lashes lasted so well I was able to look like a more glamorous version of myself for 2 events over 2 days!
