Happy with the service

Delivery's more important than customers in the shop. Totaly ignored

I needed help and guidance with my order. The assistant at LIttle Dessert shop in Brierley Hill (Manu) was very outstanding and went above and beyond her duties to guide me in choosing the order. She then made the order and the food was outstanding. What a credit this employee is to the firm.

🚨Avoid

- Burton Store
- Place has gone down hill
- Tried to order on just eat
- Switched to collection instead of delivery
- App wiped out my order
- So called up the store and made the order on the phone
- Got there and they wanted £37 instead of Just Eat £28
- They said I must have missed something from the online order and it was impossible for it to be that cheap
- Showed the app with everything added and then manager was like oh then you must have a discount
- Showed the app and indeed there was a discount applied
- I said I would have ordered via just eat but app deleted the basket so I just ordered direct on phone call
- Asked them to match what’s showing in the app
- Said I can even put the order through the app now too
- They said because I ordered direct they won’t apply the discount and I’ll have to pay the £9 extra
- What kind of customer service is this. You’re punished for going direct
- No attempt to resolve amicably. Was just rude about it
- You got an extra £9 today but lost all future orders
- Keep this up and you’ll lose plenty of customers going forward

- Also what’s with the portions the last few months. Cookie dough has become half as thick and just chocolate splattered all over. Going down hill fast.

Don’t order food turns up cold order through Uber eats and then even through website and it was disappointing. Spend £63 today and the dessert were cold the strawberries on the crepe were mushed up. When I phoned the shop they weren’t helpful at all. Very disappointing, contacted Uber and they wanted to refund £1 back how ridiculous. Dont order from this place at all

Visited on opening day ! The restaurant is beautiful and the waffle was the tastiest I ever had - delicious - with lovely fresh strawberries. The milkshakes were amazing too. The staff were friendly. Perfect little treat!

Little dessert shop kings heath missed items in their packing- lady who took the call will not acknowledge her mistake. Lack of integrity.

I visit the Crewe store regularly, the desserts are amazing. Atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Little Dessert Shop Crewe 😋

Best desert shop around

Wish I could've given 0 stars for the order I wanted to have tonight, but never received. DON'T ever order from willenhall little dessert shop, staff are absolutely rude to you and put the phone down. I ordered some desserts through Uber eats for me and my boyfriend to have, took over an hour just to get "delivered" to find out the delivery driver wanted to be decent to tell us the SHOP owner cancelled our order but never told Uber so robbed us. I've tried ringing the shop and told them the issue and the woman point blank called me a liar, and said she gave the order to the delivery person, then when I tried saying we hadn't, put the phone down on me and did her own stuff. I've looked at other reviews on just eat for this restaurant tonight and 4 other people off there have had the exact same issue. Also the Uber driver told us that the other people he was supposed to deliver for never got their orders either.

Beautiful decor, friendly service

I love the cakes here and i keep going back.
But... they are really inconsistent. Sometimes cake comes with sauce, others it doesnt. Sometimes custard is warm, others its cold, and you dont know if you will get a full or half pot of custard.

Today my cake was dry too, so i am disappointed

Warrington Little Dessert Shop

We travel weekly to eat here. The cleanliness and friendliness is next to none. The food and drinks are always fresh and well presented; even the packaging used is just luxurious. Highly recommend!

Chesterfield shop 5* service and dessert!

Had a craving for vanilla and raspberry sundae but nothing like this on the menu, but the lovely chap behind the counter sorted us out with a beautiful concoction of everything we wanted!

Would definitely return here 😊

Visited the Daventry store for the first time,with my children. It really did not live up to my expectations. We were left waiting to be seated, even though there was only another two people in the shop. I went and ordered the food and paid. I was then informed they didn't have some of the ice-cream and drinks we ordered,my son went to choose which ice-cream he wanted and had a choice of 2. Apparently due to the fact that the day before they had 17 people wanting ice-cream. I asked for a refund on one of the drinks as they had ran out and I was told that they could give me a refund but it would come out of the servers wages. Maybe if stock levels are checked before accepting and allowing an order to be paid for this would not be an issue. A refund was issued for two drinks rather than just one, which made me doubt the whole thing of' it comes out of our wages'. Also they kept offering me things for free, which I declined as I just wanted what I had paid for, very odd behaviour. The young girl making the orders was just slamming the orders down and glaring, possibly due to me complaining. Will definitely not be returning.

The Balham store was recommended by a friend. I drove 40 minutes to take my girls to this place for a treat, I am glad I did. The staff were great, super friendly and very welcoming. Even though they shut at 11, they were still so welcoming when we arrived at 10.40. Will definitely be heading back there.

I am a regular customer i have tried this place inside and enjoyed the deserts, and hence ordered online. Two weeks in a row now I ordered a few deserts. I waited over an hour to find out it wasn't ready.
The uber drivers kept changing on uber as the deserts went ready.
I tried contacting they didn't answer my phone however answered my husband call and they said it was sent out which it was not.
My kids were so upset as it didn't turn up. They waited 1 hour 30mins. Then I ordered from Shirley and it came on time.

If cannot deliver on time or have any issues at least at the time contact your customer to let them know rather then let people wait over an 1hour or so so they can order elsewhere. Looking qt other reviews clearly other people experiencing the same.
