After waiting over an hour for my delivery I decided to phone the shop only to be laughed at down the phone and hung up on, not amused I cancelled the order, then to top it off i find out they hadn’t even started it. Think someone was in a rush to get home! Also this isn’t the first time so won’t be returning / trying to order again,

Very friendly staff and food was delicious, would heavily recommend 👍👍

I really want to love this place but it falls so short!
Third time going today as we love the food but the service is shocking every time!!
Only 3 tables in there, 5 staff on shift but took 30mins to get a coffee!
It is premium prices but this is not matched with the service or atmosphere.
No music, just silence… I am happy to pay the prices but it should deliver a better experience.
I really don’t want this to end up shutting, I want to come back and I want it to do well but you MUST sort out the staff and customer service! 5 staff struggling to wait on 3 tables
You MUST improve the atmosphere, some music or something or this will be gone by the end of the year I’m certain of it!

Please improve as would love to come back! Great place for Daventry but not the right standard to justify those prices!!

So many missed opportunities for better customer experience.
No table service and no means of recording our order to take to the counter - I had to remember my own paper and pen! With a few of us in our party ordering 'build your own' deserts, this is a huge error!
I've visted our local store several times, there is no consistency of service, our regular items arrive to us different each time and most times we have to ask for straws, cutlery and napkins, not good enough, especially when each visit we spend between £30-£100
The last time we visited, the velour chairs were filthy, as was our servers apron!
With the prices charged these customer services should be a given to ensure the most basic of experiences. Training staff to the same standard and basic knowledge of the menu is a must.
Food was ok, but hot drinks were just luke warm, the cappuccino just like warm milk and not served with choc brownie bite. With each visit the experience gets more disappointing, especially when it's meant to be a treat.

Refused to honour a groupon voucher after redeeming it and the staff member Danielle was swearing and shouting at me infront of my kids then physically assaulted her colleague!
No customer service skills from any of them!
Shocking! The place is dirty.
The manager was angry because I asked to speak to him directly.
It always empty for a reason, now I know why!

The quality of the ice cream was very poor, presentation was all good and then the ice cream melted rapidly like watery.
Crepe was ok but the ice cream was bad quality.
Oreo ice cream in a cone was dripping away.
Milk shake was watery.
Wish we went to creams.
Only good thing the staff were very polite and welcoming.

Little Dessert Shop Crewe is the best. Food is amazing and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I love the vibe of the shop and have enjoyed many a visit. Will definitely be returning. And will recommend to anyone who will listen lol

Little dessert shop Wolverhampton. Order got delayed after ordering, then it still didn’t arrive the time it was stated, called up to be put on hold for ages to then be told the drivers stuck in traffic (10pm at night) and would arrive in 8-10 mins and had the phone put down on me. It was still late after that. Waffles were poor and milkshakes were all warm and like water. We ordered at 8.30pm and sat here with a rubbish order now at 23.35. Absolutely shocking order tonight. Really disappointed. 😞

I ordered 2 cookie doughs and 2 milkshakes and they were wonderful to say the least! Impeccable service and was extremely fast! 5 starts straight to Komal Eli Jivesh!! They were fabulous and made my husbands birthday even better! Thank you wolverhampton little dessert shop :)

I got waffle it was literally raw and disgusting didn’t put enough chocolate and toffee apple crumble was so bad couldn’t finish any of our dessert we called the manager and her behaviour was actually disgusting rather offering us new or paying us paying back bcoz we didn’t eat any of our dessert she was getting rude to and as a manager she need to nice to her customers like who the hell hired her at the first place lol she literally left us hanging in there didn’t even come back to us absolutely ridiculous behaviour save your money if you decided to go there absolutely horrible pathetic customer service

Luvly place to visit. The staff are so friendly and the prices are very reasonable too. Will definately be coming here again

Great service, the manager even brought the desert package to me when i was outside coming from another shop. 10/10 vegan brownie with ice cream big respect to the manager Muhammed.

Absolutely disgusted with service via Just Eat…first of all it took over 50 minutes for the order, I called the restaurant when it was 10 minutes late to be told to Google Brierly Hill store and ring them direct as there is a problem with Just Eat ordering which still hadn’t been sorted!! Rang them direct got excuse after excuse, Driver is new, the weather is bad, the traffic etc…it’s bloody 9.00pm!! Not rush hour of school time traffic or snowing outside!! Appalling service asked for a refund the lady was rude and said will have to cancel and slammed the phone down….will boycott this store for SURE!!!!!!!!!

First time I ordered it, it was lovely. This time was atrocious. The waffle I ordered had random different toppings. The cheesecake had a happy hippo on it and that was so stale I couldn’t eat it. The waffle was freezing so we had to microwave it. The milkshake was a kinder white chocolate and it was so horrible it all got left. Didn’t even taste like kinder. Was so nasty and cheap. Ice cream wasn’t all that great either. Just all tasted cheap. Shame because the first time we went it was really nice. Daventry store

Saturday night, I went to my local LDS in Wolverhampton and was greeted by a lively team. They offered us a seat and within a few seconds they gave us a menu. We placed our order without any issues and had our deserts in a blink of an eye. The staff kept checking up on us to make sure the food was up to standards and we had everything we ordered. Big Up to Theo who served us and the rest of the team, Nic, Sharan and Kamal. I remember all their names as we had a lengthy conversation before I left the shop, lol.

Worst experience ever, went to the one in balham staff are not hygienic, rude and not trained. They are very disorganised no manager in sight to make a complaint waited over 1 hour to get serviced then when i walked up to ask what is going on they said im sorry we are busy

Absolutely shocking wait times and awful waiting, half of the flavours were out of order or you couldn’t even order them. Fricking pee take. Wouldn’t recommend
