Absolutely amazing books packed with so much knowledge for little people in both main stream and special needs education that explain through beautiful illustrations what they're experiencing through emotions and why. I've bought all three books and can highly recommend. We need more please Chris.

JUST WONDERFUL!! This book was brought for a present for my daughters 6th birthday. It couldn't have come at a better time. The process of trying to understand feelings is not an easy one! As parents it can also be difficult to help our little people realise all these feelings are normal. This book does it all and in such a great way that the messages are so quickly absorbed. We as a family have had so much enjoyment reading this book that we can't wait to get the others. All schools, educational settings and families need these books! Thank you Chris, keep them coming!!

I recently came across Chris Dixon’s series of books, and I have to say, they are a fantastic resource, especially for children dealing with big emotions. I was reccomended this book from a mate of mine. I think the book serves it's purpose and send out a very important message that often gets overlooked. Mental health is something that should not be taken lightly and especially when it comes to our kids. Without them there is no future and this book helps spread the good word of positivity and welbeing. 5 stars.

Fun story! My nephews and I enjoyed reading it a lot. I was under the impression that this story really encouraged them to think and express their emotions in healthier way.

I purchased this book for an autistic boy I work with who struggles massively with identifying his emotions, (He only ever had happy.) Since using this book, he has been able to recognise and name more emotions that he now see's in himself. This book is a brilliant resource and I love the way it normalises all emotions. I purchased the 'That's Okay' book to help my daughter name and understand her feelings during the transition starting school. She's really enjoyed this book, it's beautifully illustrated and really easy to follow.
I've now used the tools online for children that I work with to help normalise their feelings. I'm looking forward to seeing more.
