I contacted Little Funky Monkey by email twice as I couldn't use an online discount code. I received a very prompt response with a new code to use. When I purchased my item, an error occurred and the discount did not activate. The team at Little Funky Monkey credited the discount amount to my credit card. Awesome service, I look forward to shopping with you again : )
