Disappointed
I ordered tomato plants, they arrived a month later than the invoice said they would with no communication from the company to inform me. A variety pack consisted of 5 cherry tomatoes and 1 beefsteak for every 6
The plants are healthy but the month late delivery and lack of variety made me feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

Hi Fiona/Petrea, so sorry to hear you are not happy with your order. We’ve been trying to get in touch with you all week, please do let us know the best way to reach you, we would be happy to send you more varieties for free.
Just to clarify - our plants are preorder every year. We usually sell out completely, and for fairness we send the earliest placed orders first. You did reach out to enquire about your order in April and we responded very quickly to you with a status update and explained our system then. We’ve found customers prefer more cherry tomatoes in the variety pack, and you would have received red, yellow and black cherry as well as beefsteak in your 6 plants, however of course we can send you additional varieties if you’re not happy with the mix. In future it might be better to buy the individual plants available on our webshop if you want particular varieties, rather than the cheaper value packs where we choose the mix (we make these available so gardeners on a budget can still grow).
We will of course take your feedback on board and will look to make some changes for next season as we’re only happy when you are.

Great organic vegetable plants
Lovely people to deal with, really passionate about their plants and about organic growing. Not easy to do in our climate as we all know! Such a great idea to sell already grown vegetable plugs, makes it a lot easier to grow your own organic food in your back garden. Thanks as always!
