I ordered way back in November and still have not received my order it is getting tiring and I do not know what to do. I have tried to contact them multiple times and still nothing!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

I ordered my flower bomb oil Feb.19, 2025, It’s is now April 7, 2025 and I’ve yet to receive my order….I emailed them multiple times and I never got a response…..Please refund me my money please……

Little Herbs Co. & Sami Co. Review – Beware of This Company!

I wish I could give zero stars to Little Herbs Co. & Sami Co. for their horrible service and complete lack of communication. I placed an order (#1250) on November 10, 2024, and was informed that it had supposedly shipped on November 27, 2024. However, here we are in March 2025, and I still have not received my order—even after paying in full.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the company via email and social media, I have received no response whatsoever. I even reached out on Instagram, but they have ignored all messages. To make matters worse, they have turned off customer comments on their platforms, which is a huge red flag that they are avoiding accountability while continuing to take customers’ money.

The tracking information has been stuck since January 7, 2025, and still does not show an estimated delivery date. At this point, I have no choice but to warn others to stay away from this company. They are operating in a deceptive and unethical manner, refusing to issue refunds or even acknowledge customer complaints.

If you’re considering purchasing from Little Herbs Co. or Sami Co., DON’T DO IT! You will likely lose your money and never receive your product. Avoid this company at all costs.

Everyone has said exactly what I have experienced in the comments. Placed two orders on January 19th for someone that is having skin issues and nothing has been shipped.We're now in March. I've been following this company since she started. She's a young lady with a really poor work ethic. The product is excellent, but her service is absolutely horrendous. At this point, you're receiving money and not shipping the product is considered a scam. I read in the comments that she lost her mother and this is unfortunate, but you also are running a business. You have customers that have giving you money to fulfill their orders. I get it, life happens, but at the same token, you are a business owner, so you have to be able to navigate with life and business. Her products are expensive so to actually support the business in this economy let's you know the products are good however not fulfill the orders, will result in the business failure and lawsuits over a period of time. Hopefully this will not result in reporting complaints to IG and all the business platforms.

Note I see the company was little herb company but now change to Sami Co.

Ordered in January 2025, forced to pay $24 expedited shipping. Disputed charge after no email response or tracking and it was rejected because merchant created shipping label but it’s still not shipped!! Beyond frustrated because I don’t even want the product anymore and cannot get a response to get a refund and comments are turned off on social media. Why are you still accepting orders from people if you can’t fulfill the ones you have.

If I could give them no stars, I would. If you notice, they turn off there comments. The reason, they are awful. Do not order!! Its always an excuse as to why they cannot fulfill orders in a timely manner. I have used them for years and it has not changed. I finally gave up!

Little Herbs Co should have reply, respond and return either customers, product or their money. This totally unacceptable for this to happen. Very POOR customer service!!!!!

Just came to update my review. They shipped out my product 50 days later ONLY because I disputed their transaction on PayPal. I’m disputing them again because the nerve of you to ship out my product 50 days later without even asking me if I would prefer a refund. I am out of town now. This company is a joke

I've been waiting on my order since 12/18/23, I've sent multiple emails and got their automated response and no follow up, there's no phone # to contact them, and they purposely turnt off their comments on IG. How ironic. It's really unfortunate because their product works really great, but their business ethics is the worst I've experienced as an avid online shopper.

Same here. I thought I was the only one with this issue. I started using this in 2019 and didn't have a problem with shipping. I realized once I started ordering more the shipping arrival started getting really slow. And I would email they would at at least respond with an apology & a coupon. But I have emailed them 5 times already for an order placed in February 2024 NO REAPONSE AT ALL. I go to the IG page and they state: check your spam folder for updates on shipping...still nothing. I'm just waiting on my order with no fulfillment once I checked the online account that's what it says. These people advertise sales and then can't handle it when orders start coming in with no freaking response. Benefiting on our money with no product. The oil is definitely a God sent but come onnnnn....I need this for my 7 month old grandchild that has been suffering from eczema in which my own child has as well, but has grown out of it. So I donated the rest I had for my grandchild. This will be my last order once it arrives. Sorry so long I'm just frustrated because I get no response with the nicest emails I can send and IG messages. And now they say they will only send products with a subscription now. What kind of company is this? Super done & reporting to BBB as well...

Placed an order in February…it’s about to be July no order, no response to status inquiry. I disputed charge with my bank and they said the merchant denied the chargeback with no reason.

A SCAM!!!! I’ve always tried to support small businesses because we all have to start somewhere. I submitted an order back at the beginning of February 2024, it’s not the middle of May and although I’ve been charged, I have yet to receive anything. I’ve sent multiple emails with the same robot response. I’ve tried reaching out via social media and nothing. It’s a reason why you can comment on any of their posts, it’s happening to all of their customers. Hopefully they’ll get better for the sake of other, as for me, I’d rather spend my money on products that I KNOW I’m going to receive!!!!

First order... good. 2nd order... NEVER RECEIVED AND YOU CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE. I BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS NOW A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. i have emailed Customer Service several times and received a robo response. Sad part is, the products are good. My order was in 12/2023. Still no flower bomb oil.

I tried out this amazing skin care, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! It's packed with ingredients that left my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. I highly recommend their products to anyone looking to give their skin the attention it needs and desires!

I ordered in March 2024 from Shopify. Started a subscription for the Flower Bomb Body oil. I never received the product. I was emailed about a new charge for the next months subscription- I skipped it- like how am I gonna go 2 months with no product.
I emailed checking the status- no reply a week later.
I just looked on Shopify and their store is no longer available. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.
I’ve contacted the bank to dispute my $90. Ridiculous.

I been waiting since February 2024 and I still haven't received my products. We are going into May and still nothing.
I have ordered Little Herbs Co back in 2021 and they were good with the shipment and customer service. But this time they are horrible with responding to emails and trying to get a live agent is impossible. Don't buy from them! It's sad because their products is awesome they work.

Love their flower bomb oil. Happy shipping times are back to normal
