Ordered 2/8, it’s now 4/5 still no order

I placed an order on Feb 8th. On their website it did say processing times are higher. 3-6 weeks. I waited patiently, and after the 6 weeks I began to send emails. I’ve sent them 3 emails, no response. Still haven’t received my items and I was charged on Feb 9th for my items. I have requested a refund. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Sad thing is, they have great products but terrible customer service.

Great experience with Little Herbs Co

Great experience with Little Herbs Co! Their products have been a game-changer for my skin. I've struggled with dry skin for years, and nothing seemed to work until I tried their Flower Bomb oil and face wash. Not only did it help clear up my skin, but it also feels amazing to use. I'm so grateful I found them and will continue to be a loyal customer!

DO NOT ORDER!!!
Before it was the girl who ran the company and I received my orders (2 times) but since the mother took over the company it is a disaster. No one answers the email, dm etc

I rate this company a 2 not because of…

I rate this company a 2 not because of the product but because the customer service is trash. I'd be willing to change my rating if this company satisfies my order. I found this company on IG years ago and fell in love with the product, especially the rose gold oil due to the fact that I and my son have eczema and the reviews were all great, including an endorsement from a well known celeb. They can be found on IG, FB, Etsy, as well as their on web page. The product did not disappoint however, it was a bit expensive so I couldn't make regular purchases; I'd wait for the promos to better budget. I placed an order right after Thanksgiving 2023 and here we are Jan 15th and still no order.

I've reached out multiple times in December on several platforms (DM, emails, FB, comments on their posts posted after my order was placed and no response from them.

I saw a customer post she received her order from November and to be patient as the owner had lost their mother. I made it clear that regardless, responding to customers with an auto reply email was a bare minimum to people who are investing their money into the company. After this exchange, the owner responds to me via a reply to my IG post with an apology and offer of a refund to which I replied I just want the product. I allowed more time to fulfill my order and I reached out again at least 2 additional times via email, and DM. To date, still nothing from or in the form of a customer service reply. No shipping info update. The only thing I have is an order confirmation. I tried to be patient to allow them to rectify the issue to no avail. I've now disputed the transaction with my bank. There is no excuse for this type of business management or customer service. Nobody has money to throw away in this economy. I'm saddened that the product quality exceeds the quality of work ethic.
