What precious advice!
Was given details from a colleague I used to work with.
Have three boys and all of them different experiences. Tried the same thing, but at times obviously needed to adapt.
I what's app'ed a few queries about night nappies and training at night and got quality advice within minutes! Have read many books about tips over the years, but needed a refresher!
An absolute 'go to' contact with wonderful tips.
I thank you greatly!

Sue's online potty training course has been invaluable! It's an incredible resource for our family and super easy to do with the videos only being 15/20 minutes each. I felt confident starting the training knowing we had implemented the right steps before hand. I highly recommend giving the course a go

Sue initially helped us when our son was 15 months old - she supported us with sleep training and I attended her wobblers for toddlers and potty training classes to help equip me with the knowledge and tips I needed to get through those stages. A year on, and we’re back seeking Sue’s advice.
Sue is brilliant - she provides a calm, understanding and supportive environment for you as a parent to discuss your worries and needs and adapts her techniques and tips to be suitable for your specific requirements and situation. She is approachable and continues to be a constant support for me in the background - either through her weekly blogs, instagram posts or via email/phone. Parenting is a minefield and Sue just helps guide you through some of those obstacles when you need it the most. We will go back to her whenever I need and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Sue is a miracle worker when it comes to toileting. 30 minutes on the phone with her and she gave me an easy solution to an issue we've had for almost 2 years. This was something that I couldn't find on Google - it was tailored to my child. Sue is a great listener and has the child's best interests at the front of her advice. Highly recommend.
Sue really knows her stuff, she is just fantastic!
We had been struggling with potty training for almost a year when we decided to bite the bullet and get in touch with Sue, and thank God we did! With her advice and tips we have come on leaps and bounds within just three weeks. We were at the end of our tether and now we are positive about moving forward and reinforcing what we have learnt from Sue. If you are struggling and considering using Little Life Steps, my advice would be - get in touch! She will change your life.

Sue has been an amazing support to us. Assisting us on a 121 basis with sleeping issues and more recently we joined a 4 week behaviour course. We really value Sue’s experience and insight, helping us to understand our little boy’s experiences and feelings from his perspective. We’ve learnt various techniques from Sue and have put them into place many times. Sue is understanding, patient and caring towards the parents experiences too! Thanks Sue - we are all sleeping and communicating better now

This lady is an absolute angel and provides me with all the tips and tricks to potty/ toilet train my son. I was very worried and scared of this HUGE milestone but armed with Sue’s expertise my son managed to smash his toilet training. If ever I felt scared or nervous about things I would always think “now what would Sue do?” I was shocked at how well my boy done and he smashed it in 2 weeks (1 week of which he was ill). He now refuses to wear or even go near a nappy/pull up unless it’s bedtime (despite being dry day and night, and not doing any nighttime training). He has taken to it like a duck to water thanks to Sue. He has only had a handful of accidents and that was mainly when he wasn’t very well and had a urine infection.
We started it in August and he smashed it in 2 weeks, even at nursery.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are an absolute angel Sue xx

This is the second time I have received help with toileting issues for my daughter, sue always has so many helpful tips and tricks. After a bumpy start to potty training I never thought we would be where we are today.
Would highly recommend Sue to any parent.

Sue has helped us make what seemed the impossible possible. Our son was really struggling with toileting and, at 8 years old, we were running out of options. Then we discovered Little Life Steps. Sue took time to listen to our journey, to understand our son’s additional needs and to work with us in creating a plan. With Sue’s wealth of knowledge and experience, we put the plan into action. We had ups and downs to start with but Sue was there to hold our hand and guide us to success. We cannot put into words how grateful we are. Thank you so much Sue!

Sue is so generous and intuitive with her coaching. My two-year-old daughter suddenly developed a fear of pooing on the toilet. She didn't want her nappies anymore but cried frantically and began to refuse pooing at all when she needed to go. Sue's video course gave us the steps to take for me and my daughter to get comfortable with this transition. My little girl is now all grown up: taking herself to the bathroom when she needs to go and sitting for a while singing well after she's done! What a transformation! I'm so grateful to Sue for empowering me to help my daughter overcome this hurdle that was making her miserable and me anxious.

Sue is amazing! Her sleep knowledge and support is second to none. After 3 years of no sleep our son starting not only sleeping through the night but going to sleep on his own in his own bed! With small improvements seen from day one after speaking to Sue. We can’t thank her enough.

I was recommended to contact Sue when as a family we were at our wits end with toileting! Sue was just amazing and totally 'got' our son, it was like she had known him all his life. She gave us so much information and tools to help us, i still go back an re read her email to remind myself.
When Sue spoke to our son he instantly warmed to her and was very willing to talk to her. This was an achievement in itself because he wouldn't normally do this. From the day we spoke to Sue, our lives changed for the better. Sounds dramatic but she just had the most incredible impact.
Forever thankful xxx

When things get tricky with my twin boys (on a daily basis) I take a deep breath and think 'What would Sue do?'.
Sue was recommended by a friend who had some challenges with potty training and since then I've worked with Sue to help with potty training the boys and to understand why 'toddlers throw wobblers' ... as well as some challenges with sleep and eating.
Sue has helped me empathise more with the boys, see things from their perspective and to respond appropriately (most of the time....).
Sue's courses and 121s are really well structured. Listening, advising and answering questions and setting little tasks to try. I felt really supported and it started giving me my confidence back.
I can't recommend Sue highly enough.

Sue is my go to lady whenever I need advice on parenting or my childrens behaviour, and we've attended 2 courses and had 2 zoom sessions, all fantastically useful. Highly recommend for any aspect of baby/toddler/children's behaviour challenges.

Sue has been an incredible help when I was at my wits end with both children for different reasons. With my youngest I was desperate because she was suffering from severe constipation due to withholding and my eldest for some anxious social behaviour. She has helped give me the tools to be the best mum I can possibly be. My youngest now confidently goes on the big toilet and is now always smiling as she is not in pain anymore and we are really starting to make amazing progress with my son and his behaviour issues. Thank you so much for helping us through some very tough times indeed I dread to think where we would be right now if we hadn’t found you.

Sue has helped me tremendously with my little girls potty training journey. I had no idea how to approach potty training before I did Littlelifesteps course but after completing it I felt confident and excited to start. The preparation steps that Sue guides you through are a recipe for success. I really appreciated her mindset of tailoring your journey to you own individual child and the support she’s gives afterwards goes above and beyond.
I was so impressed that I then went on to do Littlelifesteps Toddlers Throwing Wobblers course which has really helped me to understand my child’s triggers and ways to avoid wobblers.
I highly recommend Sue! Every parent needs her expertise and knowledge!

Sue is a super star - really approachable, knowledgable and helpful. I have been to the potty training sessions and the toddler’s tantrums sessions and both provided me with loads of practical tips and tools. We also had a 121 with Sue to ask more specific questions relating to our toddler and she was attentive, kind and helpful - just what we needed!

Sue is amazing and has helped us so much!! From the moment we spoke on the phone I loved her. She is a very warm, compassionate lady. She works with the family so she can learn about your own individual situation, our daughter just would NOT sleep. I thought it was going to be impossible to sort out the bad habits but with Sue’s help we have made so much progress and still continuing to do so. I do not dread bedtime like I did in the past!!! I also done baby massage with my Son and she taught me so much, she is like a human book of knowledge. Thanks so much sue :) (my real life angel) xxxx
