Little Messys Children's Football Coaching Reviews 

Charlie absolutely loves his Tuesday evening sessions with coach Harry. Games are made fun and they can share some banter too which makes for a fun session.
All of the coaches take the time to learn the children's names from their first session and make them feel part of the team. Their skills are coming on more each week without even knowing that they are working on them. Brilliant!!!

My son has been coming to Messys for a few months now and he absolutely enjoys the sessions. He had no prior experience of playing football or any knowledge of what it entailed but he’s learned so much in the time that he’s been there and he’s improving every week. It’s a fun environment where the kids play games not realising they are learning new skills, they also play a match which is great to see how each child is improving.
The guys that run it are professional and know what they are talking about but they are lovely and so great with the kids.
I would recommend Messys as each child learns at their own rate and everyone is included in the sessions.

Coaches are very friendly and approachable. My oldest has been at messys now over a year and my youngest not been there long. They also cater to children with special needs what I really appreciate with having a young child with specail needs. His understanding isn't great but the coaches really help him out and he enjoys getting involved to the best of his abilities.

My little boy has been attending little Messys since he was 3 years and is now 5, the coaches are brilliant with all the kids, they make learning football and team skills fun with all the games they play! My little boy looks forward to his session each week and has made some great friends there 😊

The people that deliver Little Messy’s are fantastic at what they do from helping with skills to how they communicate with the kids. We were told to join by a friend and they haven’t disappointed since. Harry loves attending every Saturday and can’t wait for the following week!

Coaches are very friendly and organise age appropriate games. The coaches go out of their way to train the children in all weather and are dedicated to their progression. My children love the classes. Worth it!

When I first started to look for somewhere for my eldest son to start enjoying football I was wary, I didn’t want him to feel pressure, upset if he couldn’t do something or left out, I had recommendations from friends to try little messys. I’m so glad we did, it built his confidence, skill to control a ball, and he made friends along the way. He has enjoyed going in the school holidays and said he loved it and wanted to go back. He loves to know it’s a coach he’s familiar with and I think this helps to build a happy and trusting relationship, I have no worries whilst he’s there.

I couldn't be happier with Little Messys' weekly after-school club at Birley School. My son absolutely loves it, and that's an understatement. The coaches, especially Macks, Liam, and Amber, have been outstanding. He talks so highly of them, and their enthusiasm is contagious.

The variety of games and activities they offer keeps him engaged and excited every week. I've noticed a significant improvement in his skills and confidence since he started attending. Little Messys has created a safe and fun environment for kids to learn, play, and grow. I highly recommend it to all parents looking for an after-school club that's both educational and entertaining. My son loved football but didn’t have much confidence. He has come on so much in both confidence and ball control since he started at Little Messys. He loves the games and always comes away with a smile on his face. 😊

My son has the best time at little messys football, he’s made lots of new little friends, and the coaches are absolutely amazing with each and everyone of the children! The kids love all the coaches, and love to play the games set out for them! Smiles all round from me and my cam. Recommended to loads of people that are starting to get their children into football!

My little boy is 9 and goes to Messys every friday; whilst playing on a sunday and going to the bootcamp every half term (optionally). all the coaches are great with the children and always make it a fun way to learn!

My son Zack E absolutely loves going to Little Messys. It's such a fun and positive environment. All kids have a great positive attitude which is encouraged by the wonderful coach Harry. Little a little family. New members are welcomed like they have always been there. Great for fun and fitness

My 9 year old son loves playing at Little Messys. Great atmosphere on the pitch - friendly and fun! He'd tried a few clubs and not really enjoyed it and joined Little Messys on a friend's recommendation.

My little boy loves his weekly Messys class. He has come on leaps and bounds since moving to Little Messys. Coach Liam and coach Harry are both kind and patient, really engaging the kids in the game. The communication is also good from the coaches. He has also attended a Little Messys party which he absolutely loved.

Our son started Saturday sessions to build his confidence and develop his skills after a bad experience with a youth club. 5 years later and he still enjoys Saturday training and has also become part of the messys youth team
