Quick and I thought efficient service, until I inspected the goods and found there had been a substitution. If I hadnt checked I would have given an incomplete gift. When I made my complaint the error was rectified.....but it should not have happened.

I purchased the red double decker bus 🚌 and some animals. All are brightly coloured and made to last and of coursed ethically sourced which is a huge bonus. Very impressed and would highly recommend over plastic toys.
