I recently completed the Paediatric First Aid course at Little One London, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the training. The course was both informative and practical, giving me the confidence to handle emergencies involving children. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, approachable, and made the learning experience engaging. The premises were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Very good and highly knowledgable instructor who gave us the practical knowledge, the theory behind the knowledge and answered any questions we had regarding the course.

He made the course fun and light hearted while also dealing with the very serious issues we might face in the course of handling people that are in vulnerable and life-threatening situations.

Of all the first aid courses that I have been to, I feel like I learned the most from this one.

Would just like to give a big thank you to James from Little Ones London for his dedication, positive attitude and spirit, with helping me to find a perfect work position, considering the fact I am a mother of a small baby myself. I highly recommend Little Ones London if you are a nanny and love taking care of little ones.

I am very happy that I chose Little Ones for my course Peadretic First Aid. The course is very informative, with a great book and practical exercises. The atmosphere was very friendly. I received the certificate via email after passing the on-line test. I confidently recommend choosing Little Ones for courses to prepare for working with children.

Extremely expensive business. Just to receive an interview/consultation you will need to pay 69£ - just to end up with loosing this money in the end, since the company will give you contract with immense price to pay, before you begin.
Not only that, you will be asked to pay 2 separate payments, for agency fee and person you are hiring too...
(I dealt with similar kind of business in the past and paid agencies fees for 1 month as a bonus that they found nanny for family with 4 children. But here, service tells that you must pay for 6 months fee, don't know where the hell they took that from, in addition to paying nanny separately....so absurdish!)
If you have 2 or more children, the company Little Ones will do everything possible to rob you dry.
Highly not recommended this company filled with greedy agents.

I been in this agency for 4 years I believe.
I have had several consultants I’m at the moment with Rosie she is amazing .
I love the fact that they are honest and the most important thing is that they believe in you.Some agencies just think about the money it is really sad I have had really unpleasant experiences in other agencies that have amazing family reviews however the Nannie’s don’t feel the same way.Litle ones really gives you the confidence back as a nanny in finding the right family for you no matter of your background, culture or experience.At the moment I’m back in the interviewing process with Rosie helping me and it has been so easy to communicate with her ,she has been helping me a lot even on the same the of the interview she send me a uplifting msg that meant a a lot and straight after I called her.She is so nice and always available.Thank you team thank you Rosie.

Josh was my go to agent at Littleones, He helped me get a job no problem at all. He was by far the best agent showing efficiency, professionalism, kindness and He was very pro active. A cut above the rest thanks Josh !!!

This is my second time working with Little ones and I have had continuous support throughout my process thanks to Justyna! She is so kind and helpful. I would recommend using Little one’s agency to anyone looking for a Aupair or Host Family.

Little Ones have categorically failed to find us a part time nanny despite the search having been ongoing since July 2024 (six months now). They were the most expensive agency we spoke to initially but we decided to hire a candidate through them back in August as our need was urgent. We paid £2400 (not withstanding the £69 registration fee and £96 fee for set up of the pension service) to secure this candidate, who subsequently turned out to be so deeply inexperienced and incompetent that we had no choice but to dismiss her within 3 weeks.

The agency offers a guarantee to replace any candidates that do not work out within the first 3 months. Although we have been sent numerous potential replacement candidate profiles, the majority of these have not met our basic criteria of having experience with children of relevant ages and living (relatively) locally. Where they have met these criteria and we have interviewed, we have experienced the following issues:
- extreme lack of experience and no training or qualifications (i.e. only babysitting previously)
- not available for the days / times we require
- no show
The interviews therefore have been a complete waste of our time.

After five months of this, we requested our fee to be returned given the service had not been fulfilled and have been dismissed by the organisation. Throughout our interactions with them, we have found the tone and manner extremely unhelpful (including e.g. being chased by phone and email by one of the consultants repeatedly just days after we had had a baby, despite us asking her not to contact us during this period).

To be clear, they have refused to return our search fee and have not proposed any other solutions beyond continuing to send us profiles of unsatisfactory candidates.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, THERE ARE MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE (AND CHEAPER) ONES OUT THERE.
