Easy site for ordering, two emails to confirm purchase and when it was despatched. Lovely penguin, best we could find on line for reasonable price, money off voucher for next time. Thank you note printed on nice thick yellow paper. The penguin came in a solid cardboard box.

Sorry to hear this Steven, this is the first we've heard of it not arriving.
You placed an order on the 29th November @ 8:17 pm, and i can see from our Royal Mail tracking that it was sent the very next day on the 30th November @ 3:59pm.
The Royal Mail are usually very good at delivering in just a couple of days or so, so i'm really surprised this hasn't arrived yet - I can only apologise on their behalf. I'll investigate further with them, but obviously if you haven't received it we will of course refund or replace the items.
UPDATE (12/01/22): I can see from the tracking that this was delivered just before Christmas :-). If you have any further problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
