Really disappointed you didn’t get in contact with us first. This has nothing to do with the product or customer service.
As with all shops, we run promotions at different times throughout the year. At these times we reduce the price of our existing products, or offer incentives and promotional codes. The vast majority of shops work this way e.g. you may find a product in Tesco that is £10 one day, and £8 the next.
Equally prices could go up.
You are of course more than welcome to return any products you’ve bought, and then re-buy at any sale price if they’ve still in stock.
We’re sorry you feel you’ve had a bad experience, but would welcome your views on how we could have prevented this?
As a small family business our reviews mean so much to us, and are really valuable, so it’s really disheartening to hear this. If there’s a way we could improve this low rated experience, please do let us know.
Penguin braclet and QR code
The bracelet was nice the QR code has not been used as it is a gift so cannot comment on the quality - however very disappointed that both of these items came loose In plastic packaging the item is intended as a gift but it did not come in any type of suitable packaging appropriate for a gift which means I will now have to go out and purchase a gift box on top of paying for the original item - even a small basic cardboard box would have been sufficient therefore it's presentation/ delivery completely let's the product down and prevents me from recommending this item/ company

We try our absolute best as a small family business to give our customers the best products at the best prices. These particular products are supplied to us direct from Fahlo exactly as you received. It's a pity they don't include a box, but if we added one we'd obviously have to charge for it.
This is why we try and write the product description very clearly, and do not mention any kind of box.
Again, i'm sorry you had a bad experience. A 2 star review really does hurt us to see, especially when we tried so hard to describe the product well, and packed and posted your order as quickly as possible.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a penguin travel cup but on receipt this was damaged. I contacted the company and they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service and I would definitely order from them again. On side note, the product is great.
