Kinda hard to rate these people when I ordered a head a month ago and never received it. All I get is the run around and we will call you and never do

Techs very helpful and friendly. Product is so far operating as advertised.

I’m rating y’all a 1 because I purchased my order on the 9th of February & still have yet to receive it. I’ve called & spoke with Taylor & I believe his name was John? & was told my package was being held by the freight line company. This is totally unacceptable considering I spent well over a thousand dollars & I have yet to receive the head. Not to mention I’ve been told two days in a row now that I would receive phone calls back prior to your business closing & I haven’t. I called back again today & your business was closed, I would really appreciate an answer regarding my purchase.

Excellent fit good price truck runs awesome

I had bought a head gasket set from here the first head gaskets I bought arived with the packaging torn and the gaskets damaged and it states on the gasket boxes of opened no returns! So I had to order a complete second set of gaskets I reluctantlreluctantly bought them from little power shop again and I had issues once again one gasket came from PA the other came from UT little power shop did not notify me that this was going to be the way they shipped the product the gasket that came from PA arrived NO issues the other gasket that came from UT IT came in a square box that was to small for the gasket it could not lay flat in the box instead it say at an angle from Corner to corner with no support underneath and the gasket was slightly bent

Very professional,got my order out in a timely maner and answered all my questions that I had to ask.I would recommend them to anyone needing service very good company to work with.

I bought the loaded 6.0 heads. So far they're holding up well. They had some minor imperfections on the mating surface. Only time will tell how they hold up.

Still have not received instructions for core returns!

Description was wrong about what it covered. They need to better explain what correct yrs it works on talked to them about returning it, they said they call me back in couple hrs with information to return. No call back-that was a few weeks ago

Ordered on line and didn’t get a respond back or a confirmation. Nothing. Then when my boyfriend went to pick up the gift certificates one man was on the phone and the other man just sat there looking at him and was very rude. He had to wait for the the man on the phone to be done. Never again

We were very pleased with the kit we ordered. It contained everything we needed for a great price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great products and good customer care. I wish Chris was still around but they still take care of any problems that I have.
