Great experience I have never bought wheels for my truck before Ralph was very insightful and helpful and everything that he said it was correct. Great competitive pricing when I ordered from him I was able to talk to him every time.Also, he got it the order out that day, and I received my wheels two days later no issues and they had to travel from California to North Carolina. I even called him a month ago to ask a question about these specific wheels. He still remembered me and was very helpful. Picked up on the second ring. He was always available through phone and text. If I ever need any more wheels for future vehicles, he will be the first one I will call.

Ralph and Company delivered what i ordered in a timely fashion, along with giving me a heads up call before shipment to double check that my parts would fit, which they did.

Me and my partner were stuck at Morrisons in beccles because a pot hole blew our tire. We had a clamp and spare tire but all were unsuitable and the wait with AA was 3 hours. Chris saw the distress and came to our aid, he wasn’t working but he came and spoke to us and left to get the tools we needed. He came back to us really quickly and helped but the wheel on, we wouldn’t have been able to get home if it wasn’t for him so thank you. He is an amazingly kind gentleman, credit to the company.

These guys went above and beyond.
We live in WV and own an auto body shop. I ordered some wheels off line for a customer, I got an email later that day or the next saying my order couldn't go through because of stock issues.
He personally sent photos via text of the wheels they had available and even double checked our tire size to ensure a good fit. The customer was able to look at the wheels before purchase and we had our order within 10 days. Our customer was over the moon with his new wheels.

Had a great and hassle free experience ordering from Ralph @ Tires & Wheels Direct! Ordered rohana wheels for my lexus and some 26x16s with 38” tires for my tacoma. He also threw in tpms sensors 🙌🏼 Big or small rims/tires they got it all. Best prices i could find with the best shipping rates since i live in hawaii. Told him what i wanted and he does the rest with updates on the order. Definitely will order again!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong offset wheels and called tireswheelsdirect to cancel the order n make a whole new order for the right offset wheels i wanted. They helped me throughout the process and helped me find a wheel that had the exact size and offset i was looking for. They also redrilled the wheels for me to fit my car. The wheels came in super fast and i got a call from Ralph to let me know it was being delivered 3 days earlier than i was quoted and the driver snaps a picture and sent it to me when it was delivered. The wheels came in redrilled and the work was so good that i wasnt able to tell it was redrilled! Id definitely go with tireswheelsdirect with anything wheels and tires related.

Worked with Ralph to get some method wheels that were back ordered. He was very responsive and proactive with alerts on the shipment. Very happy with my purchase and ordering experience.
