If you need the part that month find another dealer.

Shipping is a joke. Custom service is a joke. I've been getting a run around for a week now about when my package will actually be shipped out. If you NEED the part to get your car running do not order from here or it will be down for a while. Custom service I'm almost 99% sure is just an ai bot.

Scamming Clowns Stay Away

Stay away! Same problem as others, its been almost 2 weeks and still no resolution. The clowns @ Redline360 sent me the wrong lower control arms and dealing with their incapable AI trying to resolve the situation is a nightmare. Redline360 website has wrong fitment years for parts they're selling. Dont waste your money with this drop ship online disaster.

Stay away from these joker's bc of NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE_ ALL ZENDESK AI BS. Bought the wrong Dynavin two weeks ago. I sent them a request over a dozen times and only receive Zendesk AI responses- NO PHONE NUMBER since they claim they do not need one and email's are better to serve their customers! WTF? AI ZENDESK BS!

Even though they product I wanted was…

Even though they product I wanted was on back order so I didn't purchase. The communication and transparency of this company was on point. The customer service that yves gave me was rare and not something you see with online shopping now adays. They were quick to reply and looked out for me the whole time. I will definitely use these guys for future purchases.

Redline360 Radiator

The radiator that I had originally ordered was on back order - Yves reached out immediately to let me know and recommended a replacement. They were extremely helpful and responsive in getting my original order adjusted. Thank you so much to Yves and Redline360 for helping me out.

Yves was amazing!

Yves was amazing! I purchased a set of springs that weren’t in stock and Yves, was able to offer a substitution and see me through the order. He definitely went above and beyond and made my very first order with you a piece of cake. 10/10 experience. Thank you!! 🙏🏻

Overall great experience

Well to be honest it was unfortunate that the item I ordered was discontinued, however, Yves, one of the order management specialists helped me out and just her response time and professionalism helped me out a lot, gave me solutions of other parts and just overall makes me want to be a long term customer with redline.

Did not have the color

I won’t recommend buying anything from…

I won’t recommend buying anything from this company. My order arrived with missing parts and after multiple days of back and forth with the customer support they just gave me the manufacturers phone number and told me to contact them to resolve the issue. Worst customer service ever
