never received response to my questions via the website
finally I was advised by enquiry via Instagram that they wanted extra money for shipping.
I eventually asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded.
Funnily enough, I got the cancelation of order email.
Not impressed.

Thanks for your review. Return costs are indeed for your own account, we also mention this information on our website. The reason we have chosen this is to encourage conscious shopping and returns. We can imagine that it is baling if you have not read this in advance.
We just wanted to let you know that we now offer the option to return a package to us via Returnista for € 3.95. Not completely free, but much cheaper.
