Had a date for delivery got it delivered a week later then stated of delivery was birthday present 🎁 so granddaughter had to wait,damaged box when finally got it and was left outside my front door which I did state to be put in cupboard if no one in so was not impressed I saw it on camera got neighbour to take in for me so overall very bad delivery service!!!

Hi Susan, are you sure you left this review for the correct business? I checked the tracking info and you ordered from us in the evening of the 11th and we dispatched on 12th and was delivered 14th. Just when reading you say it was a gift for your grand daughter seems like there has possibly been a mistake here? I did reply to your customer service email you sent regarding this telling you that if you read the description for the item you ordered you will see that it clearly states that it is for use with another product and a link to the product and that you are of course very welcome to return your purchase for a full refund ?
