If you could send us some extra details and/or pictures to support@littletotstoys.co.uk we'd appreciate it as we can follow this up with Best Years who manufacture them.
In regards to the packaging, to reduce our carbon footprint we have minimised this where possible and try to use recyclable mailbags as our first preference followed by cardboard boxes.
