Delivery should be more professional !
The situation at my house is difficult to deliver a 137kg weight of a table, I know.
We anticipated this in advance by sending pictures and providing extra own help on the day of delivery.
Nevertheless the two young guys refused to carry the product with our help to the right spot. They were able to carry it by themselves (!!?) inside my house in the hall, but not 10m further on a 10-steps stair with two extra people !! Thank you young guys! The future of Belgium looks bright.
I did the job myself in the afternoon with my friends, four people in total, in 1min it was upstairs….
Oh btw, I have mounted the table myself afterwards….
Same story with the rack of 120kg they didn’t want to carry upstairs with our help….

We have aquired not once, but twice furniture of excellent quality from Live light. We received a lot of praise from friends that loved so much the coffee table and beds and column bookcase which are made with high attention to detail and unique deaign.
