I fluffed up my order but as soon as I realised, I got immediate feedback to let me know I could make changes to the date and delivery address and it wasn't a problem. I ordered 2 x large outdoor mirrors, even though they were very well packed and marked as fragile one had unfortunately had been damaged in transit,
I'm sure with this sort of shipment it must be a common occurrence.
Emailed their sales email address with photos, and received a very nice email within hours by Tom in customer service, a new mirror was dispatched also within hours to arrive the following day.
Brilliant, the mirrors were as described and absolutely lovely.
All in all very happy, what great customer service,

This company offers great service, great products at amazing prices. I ordered the incorrect product I emailed and asked if I could change the order, they did so immediately at no extra charge even though what I originally wanted was slightly more expensive. The products are made to a high standard and the packaging is very secure. Can't recommend them enough. 😃

I bought a lovely light up ‘houses’ ornament which I had originally seen on the Etsy site for double the price. Delivery was swift and I was impressed with the range of products for sale.

I brought some gorgeous lanterns which were expensive but perfect for my sons wedding venue. They arrived promptly and undamaged due to being incredibly well packaged. Lovely company to deal with and well worth an online visit as they sell some fabulous things.

I just received a mirror in the post and I am delighted with it. The quality and detail is excellent. I was also very impressed with the care that went into the packaging, given it was a fragile item. It probably took me about 5 minutes to get into it, it was that well protected by multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard! I would definitely recommend this company and would buy from them again. Thank you!

A first class service . I ordered the shell lighthouse lamp and sadly the shade was damaged in transit. After notifying Tom I received a prompt reply and a replacement arrived. Ultimate professional service, far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely shop again and can highly recommend in confidence. Five star service and love my lamp.

I’ve got several items from LLL now and am delighted with them all. At one point, I saw something similar advertised elsewhere for less, but when I investigated further, it was significantly smaller. Everything I’ve bought has been of good quality and well made. There was one small issue with an item arriving broken, but I was really impressed by both the attitude and mediate response to solve the problem, which they did - they took full responsibility and rectified the situation. Very happy with both the goods and the service received.
