Morgan provided a really engaging session and was a great facilitator. It was really interesting and helpful as someone who has used AI before.

My only small suggestion would be that it might be useful to have an even more basic introductory session for digitally excluded colleagues (due to age or disability etc.) As they might need a bit more support before this training.

I have attended a few of the trainings on Google Workspace... for the simple fact that I am a 30 year career user of MS Office and Google is less intuitive than I expected/has limits on what it can do. Morgan has been exceptional at distilling the sessions down to what you actually need to know to be successful and efficient. He knows what causes the user pain, knows how to navigate through the pain and is really easy to understand. Cannot rate these trainings highly enough. Top tips provided throughout and my work day is much improved.

Morgan and Matt provided excellent training on the use of Gemini within the Google Workspace. They were really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product which made the sessions enjoyable and informative. The demonstrations were at just the right pace to keep up and try out the techniques shown. If you missed them or wanted to try something in your own time then you could catch-up via the recordings. Highly recommended!

I've attended a number of the Google Workspace training sessions hosted by the Live Learning Co, and they've all been brilliant.
The instructions are jargon-free and very insightful, and I've learnt something new in every session, even when I've been quite familiar with the app being presented.
Additionally, if a question is raised that the instructor doesn't have an immediate answer for, they will take it away and come back to you with a considered response.

Training is very good, clear and well structured. Plenty of time to ask questions and clear responses. Always ready to help and enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge.

Being involved in the Gemini trial for my organisation I can say that Morgan D'arcy ant Matt Wilkinson have done a great job in introducing us all to using AI and all the benefits that come to our organisation with it. They always kept us up to date with the latest developments and happen several times a week so we can make the best use of them and provide feedback. Great job Guys!

Just attended Power up your Presentations 2: Delivering with Google Slides. Really, really useful - especially for delivering presentations in Google meet and understanding the different sharing modes. Super useful to see presenter and audience views. Great to have the recording function explained with useful tips on its use too. Even got some useful tips for live presentations with screens - did you know you can use your phone as a remote?

Great course instructor with relaxed learning and steady pace to keep up. Highly recommend these.

I've had several training sessions with Jake. His presentations are well organized, and he does a great job of highlighting the important topics and tips. He answers all questions and will email with a follow up if he doesn't know something in the moment.
