Only interested in making money.
One of the worst medically involved companies I've ever been involved with. Every aspect of their system that you access has some sort of errors or things that don't work. You get constant declines for your HSA cards and your FSA cards because they refuse to consider things that they said are covered as covered expenses. I switched to a new Pharmacy and they refused to cover any of my medications just because they didn't like the pharmacy. They refuse to fix any issues and they put all of the blame and responsibility on the consumer so that they can save your corporations money. Only interested in making money off of you.

I’ve been using Lively to manage my HSA since 2020. Awesome customer support, and easy to use. The mobile app is great, looks good, secure and intuitive – provides all the important data points. I’ve used other HSA management systems before and Lively is definitely the best.

Everything I have needed support on was solved quickly by a real person.
