Ian and Mark were very professional and prompt, the snagging assessment was very thorough and identified all potential snags which were presented in a written report with images which was easily forwarded to the housing company.

When spending a lot of money buying a new build property, I feel it is money well spent to have an independent inspection by a company with experience in this field. LPS performed an inspection for us and provided a detailed report (38 pages with 181 snags identified) ok, so we could dismiss 53 of these as being minor attention to detail, but most of the report was showing sloppy workmanship and lack of attention to detail. There was nothing in the report that surprised us, as we had already listed the major issues.
The report gave us peace of mind that there was nothing other than what we had spotted.
Mark(from LPS) was on site for just over 3 hours and knew his stuff. Had he removed kick boards in the kitchen and the bath panel from the family bathroom, he would have seen even more sloppy workmanship ( perhaps they should add this to their inspection list)
On the whole we were happy with the service provided and can recommend Lively Professional Services to anyone thinking of hiring a snagging service.

We booked Ian to snag our 3 bed new build house. He was extremely professional and found a lot of snags that we hadn’t noticed. After he was done, he explained to us almost all the snags that needed addressing. He also offered us to give him a call post the snags, in case we had any questions about the report or anything.

Ian was fantastic, he was thorough and picked up things that would have otherwise been missed. He explained both the issues he’d found and how they could be remedied. The report he provided was very clear. I feel reassured knowing the house has been professionally snagged and I would highly recommend Lively Professional Services.

We recently moved into a new property and found a few initial snags ourselves however we are no experts in all things building related in particular the building regulations.

We enlisted Ian’s services and he booked us in a few days later as he happened to be at a neighbouring property on the development.

He came prepared with rubber shoes ladders and everything he needed, highly respectful of flooring etc.

Ian is very friendly, knowledgable and very efficient.
He thoroughly went through the house taking photos providing a detailed snagging report with photos and arrows and recommendations on which tradesmen should attend to fix.

We received our digital report same day which we promptly shared with our customer care team and 2 hard copies 2 days later in which we shared one with the site team.

Ian also advised we could reach out if we had any problems at all with his recommendations and he also followed up to ensure we received our reports (both types)

We were recommended the Lively Services team by a neighbouring development when reserving our new build house. We had purchased 'second hand' new builds on a few occasions and encountered both minor and major problems that cost us significantly. As such we knew that getting a snagger for our new house was an absolute must. Mark diligently compiled 137 minor defects, which thankfully weren't too much of a concern and the report was provided by Ian the very same day. Many of the issues, I wouldnt have noticed until much later. This meant we had complete peace of mind that all of the main issues had been picked up in time for submission before the 7 days. I have and will certainly recommend to others in the future.

Mark provided an excellent service for our new build snagging survey. He was very friendly, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. When he finished the survey, he went through the points that needed the most urgent attention. We then received a well presented report from Ian later that day.
