Excellent snagging service. Expensive but well worth it for the peace of mind and also the time and money saved in getting the builder to correct their mistakes.

Ian compiled a comprehensive list of issues he found and then took the time to explain all of them to me. He explained what remedial work to expect from the developer against each issues as well. Ian's experience of working in the industry really helped here. Even post survey he offered his advice as I was dealing with the developer's remedial work. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Ian if you want someone to do a snagging list on your new build. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and all information was received promptly.

Being a first time buyer me and my Girlfriend were worried about buying a new home with the news around the defects whilst them being built. We got Ian out at short notice and the flexibility helped us have our house snagged 20 hours after getting the keys which made this so helpful. Ian arrived on time with all his gear ready to check our house, he had a laugh with us and was respectful of our home. If I was to recommend anyone to check your house it would be this man with loads of experience.

Could not recommend more highly - we had an appointment less than 24 hours after our new build completion, and the detailed and thorough report was shared with us on the same day. This has given us confidence in our New build and our interaction with site staff to fix snags.

The report was produced and delivered on the day of inspection by email so this could be brought to builders site management within timeframe required

Ian and his team did a fantastic job we didn’t spot any of the issues that Ian’s team spotted. He gave us good advice months before we actually used him free of charge with no obligations to use him.

Please don’t rely on yourself spotting snags as you will miss most of them too.

We had a meeting with the site manager today and he was very much with us on sorting all the issues out and indeed the plumber there on site has already sorted a few of the snags already.

From initial contact Ian was very prompt and clear with his replies. I accepted the quotation and booked in a date. Lively weren't the cheapest quote, however, when you are investing in the largest purchase in your life I wanted to be reassured that I am having it checked by professionals. After booking my build date slipped, Ian was exceptionally accommodating and moved the date with no quibble. The night before the survey Mark texted to confirm an estimated arrival time. Mark arrived on the day slightly early and began his inspection with no disruption to our day. After a few hours Mark left and we had a full report the same day. This report has caught some problems that I would have been totally unaware of and has saved me thousands of pounds in repair bills in the future. The report provided, due to the snags being photographed and described means the site manager can easily pass these problems to trades people to be repaired.
