We are in the process of buying a new property and wanted a sngger. Ian was very professional, and helpful.spotted things we would not have seen. We was able to ask questions and point out things we were concerned about.

I could not recommend enough. Both Ian and Mark were brilliant and found almost 100 snags in an apartment where we found 3! Worth every penny and an absolute breeze to work with. Super professional presentation of the snagging list with pictures and who the job is assigned to!

Professional and thorough review of our new property. The inspection was carried out by a seasoned / well experienced ( previously site manager ) in a polite and efficient manner. The inspection report was produced on the same day in a very clear format.

Ian provided a really professional service throughout, he was helpful from the first enquiry as to what to expect, he was hugely thorough in his checking and then went through his report step by step, to ensure we knew what he identified before we were going back to the developer.

Highly professional service from a really genuine and decent gent and reasonably priced as well, especially considering the detail he went into. Spotted things we could never have hoped to find with his specialist equipment such as heat-sensitive cameras and elevated cameras for roofing and along the gutters. It was a top-to-toe check of absolutely everything inside and outside the house. The report he produced offers peace of mind that we have everything covered, and gives us some leverage with the developer.

Recently had a snagging inspection carried out on a new build property - Ian was helpful and friendly right from the off. On the day, Mark was punctual, thorough and the report arrived the same day. Overall, a really great company to deal with.

Ian was very professional and fully knowledgeable about the building trade constantly displaying his many years of experience. He was patient with my questions and fully explained the inspection process from initial contact, during and throughout the visit.
The final report was emailed to me the very same day and hard copies in the post too. We received exactly what we were looking for i.e a comprehensive professional and timely snagging report. If you are spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on your new home then a few hundred pounds on a professional snagging inspection that highlights important things that a lay person does not see is worth it’s weight in gold.

Having watched Ian on You Tube, I was already confident he would provide a great service. I was not wrong. Ian arrived in good time and was very friendly but above all, extremely knowledgeable. After completing his assessment, we sat down and Ian explained all the issues / opportunities he had identified. His feedback combined with the pictures he had taken was very clear and well explained. As I expected, there were lots of mainly minor issues (thankfully) that Ian had identified that we just wouldn’t have picked up ourselves. But they are all issues that will need resolving (and some very important). We are really pleased we went ahead and used Ian’s services and are reassured by his feedback. We asked Ian from Lively Professional Services to snag our new build. Ian arrived promptly and was already to work checking the exterior before we got there to let him in. We had found less than 10 snags ourselves but Ian sent me a report the same day, comprising of 84 accurately described and pictured snags, which have forwarded to the developer. This will likely save us thousands of pounds in the future. Would recommend to anyone who has just bought a new build.

I know moving is expensive but I would definitely recommend getting a snagger, and if you do get one , I can’t recommend Ian highly enough
