Ian is very experienced at this job and really knows what he is doing when looking at new builds. He knows exactly how things should be, including all the current regulations and standards, and has an eagle eye when it comes to spotting snags.
He sends his report back the same day, (complete with lots of photos, arrows and comments), by email (hard copy to follow) which can instantly be forwarded to the builders for action.
It's a great service that is a must for anyone buying a newbuild house.

I first made contact with Ian late one evening and within minutes he responded asking questions about property and in no time at all, my appointment had been booked.

On the day of inspection Ian was very accommodating given that there were some last minute delays to the keys being handed over.

Throughout the whole process, Ian was thorough, engaging, professional and informative. He also gave us a great tip regarding temporary blinds, which came in handy!
