Got my snagging report the same day, great value for money and Ian spotted things that I have passed on to the builder, despite the house being overall sound. Most important thing for me is peace of mind as I don’t have to worry that I have failed to notice anything in the first seven days. I wouldn’t have been able to spot most of them anyway!Was effortlessly, I am very grateful.

Ian made the process from quotation to receiving the report super easy and hassle free. The report is extremely detailed and as first time buyers felt Ian was very accommodating and walked us through the report. We highly recommend this snagging service!

Great service right from the start and provided us with the peace of mind that our new build didn’t have any issues that would be problematic later on.
We called a few different snagging survey companies but LPS was the most helpful and straightforward which immediately put us at ease. Communication response was fast and informative - they were able to provide a booking date that suited us best which is very helpful when managing all the other aspects of moving house. The survey was thorough and they consulted us on our concerns before providing a report the very same day. They even provided some follow up support. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Ian was excellent from start to finish. Was really responsive to emails and accomodating for ever changing dates due to the completion date being moved.
When Ian was completing the survey he was efficient and took time to explain the snags found. The report was sent back the same day in a very professional format which was then able to be quickly sent over to the site to be actioned.

Ian replied to my request for a quote the same day and gave me options for when he could provide a service. Booking was easy and there was no pressure to use his service. From making the booking I was kept informed of who would be carrying out the survey and reminded of the date and time nearer to the survey date in case I needed to change it. Mark, who carried out the survey kept me informed as to what time he would be arriving and of any delays due to the road conditions. Mark took his shoes off to enter our property and wore different shoes for the internal inspection. He was very polite, informative and thorough. The report was emailed through to me later the same day and I was given the opportunity to comment or discuss as appropriate. I received a hard copy the following day. Photographs were taken of all the issues identified and incorporated into the report. Thoroughly professional service and would definitely recommend using this company when purchasing a new property. 10/10
