This is the second time I have tried to book this company and they have not shown up . I tried ringing but no reply . Very disappointed .

Twice I booked an appointment and they never showed up.
The first time they cancelled an hour before they should have been coming . I had booked the appointment 3 months earlier.
They said to reschedule for the following day which I did and still no show.
I asked via email for them to contact me and never got a response.

Rolf did an amazing job cleaning my oven — it looks absolutely brand new! He was punctual, professional, and really took his time to make sure every part was spotless, including the racks and glass door.

The difference is unbelievable — all the grease, burnt-on marks, are completely gone.

I’d definitely recommend Rolf to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough oven cleaning service. Excellent value and brilliant results!

Rolf came to clean my cooker and when he was taking the inner glass out it exploded. It cut his thumb and I provided plasters etc to sort him out. I thought he was a nice guy very chatty he completed the clean and said he would ring us the next day about when he would come with the replacement glass. This was on thurs it is now Monday and he has answered none of my calls or messages I am so disappointed that he isn’t replying to me. I would like to know who I can complain about him. Do not use this company.

If I could give less than 1 star I would they never ever turn up they do not let you know, do not even call you back to say sorry. Do not book these ever

Terrible. Do not use. After cleaning my mums oven. They’d broken the door and it went on fire. It now needs replacing.
Polite calls and messages sent by my mum (who is 73 years old) to try to resolve but all have been completely ignored. Absolutely awful. I just wished she’d seen these other reviews before booking.

Jobs booked in months in advance. Don't turn up to do the work despite the assurances of booking a 2 week date slot.

Don't respond to messages or phone calls.

Terrible company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Took time off work. Didn’t show up and did not even have the decency to call. Made several calls to him all unanswered. Judging by the reviews he clearly thinks this is acceptable. Pay a bit more for someone who actually turns up. I checked reviews on his website too all 5 star - he clearly writes them himself don’t be fooled.

Didn't have the courtesy to communicate or answer never mind apilogise about not turning up. The only "communication" is automated (including a request for a review of his no-show).

Booked same day slot for gold package which is great value for money. Rolf did a fantastic job, everything gleaming. Really nice fella too. Will use again and would recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- 13/11/22 Rolf attended as planned to clean our Range cooker. During the oven clean the interior glass of the main oven was smashed, accidents happen. Rolf ordered a piece of replacement glass and left promising to return as soon as the glass arrived. The oven clean was not finished although he cleaned the air fryer no money was paid.
After initial contact communication dried up and I had no response from Rolf apart from telling me that first piece hadn’t arrived and that he had even had to order a second piece with next day delivery. The communication ceased I was left with no main oven all over Christmas early mid January 23 I emailed my disappointment that he would not respond and that if he had ordered 2 pieces of glass surely one would have arrived I also stated I would be leaving negative reviews sharing my experience. I received a text 2 days later. Stating he was £400 down the glass being £79 each. I ordered a replacement glass on 13/1/23 it arrived the next day and I fitted it. I paid £59 delivered for a genuine part.

If you like wasting your time and losing money at work then this is the guy for you. He will leave you sitting at home waiting for him but there will be no knock at the door You will ring him but he will not answer you. I wish I had looked at all the bad reviews before I even booked him twice Do not use this company if you haven't got time to waste he will not show up

Look for a better company do not use this one they never turn up for appointment they leave you sitting there Don't answer the phone when ringing them. This is no way to run a business Do better

I wish I could give this as 0 star avoid this company the attitude of the guy stinks I had two appointment booked in he didn't turn up for any of them doesn't answer the phone absolutely awful company

Had a large job booked in for well over three months - nobody showed up, no calls returned, no emails answered, absolutely ZERO customer service. Shocking behaviour!

Had to give one star but would give none if website allowed it. Booked weeks ago for my oven and my mum’s. We both waited in no one showed. Phoned and a person said they would get back within 10 minutes- no one phoned. Absolutely appalling, wouldn’t ever book again!

Never showed up, didn't call. Tried to call, goes to voicemail. Managed to reach by online chat, he acted very surprised. No apology. Spare yourself disappointment, don't get involved!

Didn’t turn up to appointment when booked. No apology or email/call to say he won’t be attending. Seems a theme going from these comments, poor service would never ever recommend him. Not to mention took a day off work for this.

Failed to attend the appointment. Didn’t explain why or arrange a second visit. Wasted my time.
