Failed to attend appointment on 2 separate occasions
Booked an appointment via website on 18.7.21 for 21.7.21. Got confirmation email same day. next day got an appointment reminder email. Did not attend. No contact.
3.1.22 notwithstanding above, decided to give them another chance and again booked via website for 5.1.22 and got a confirmation email. Again on the day no attendance and no contact.
Looking at other reviews a common occurrence. Don't waste your time booking this firm.
As at today eight 1* reviews and two 5* reviews. Not sure how that equates to an average 2.5* review!

Rolf came to clean the oven as requested. Good price and did a good job so can't fault.
Would be good to get a call / text an hour before etc to confirm jobs.

Don't waste your time
Booked an oven clean for 4 o'clock, by half 4 I hadn't heard anything from him, so called him up. He was watching TV and when I asked what time he'd be coming he just stopped talking and completely ignored me until I eventually had to hang up. Completely unreliable, completely useless.

No Show - No Contact - No Oven Clean
Booked two appointments for two different properties on two different days. No show and no contact to apologise or inform us Geoff was not going to turn up. Tried to get in touch but no joy. Spotted him in Old Swan, so obviously still about.
Anyway, wouldn't recommend. Ken from Oven U in Liverpool was great. More expensive, but got the job done.

Booked an appointment for an single oven clean today at 3:30, no show.
I've rang three times to see if there was an issue with the booking but have gotten through to voicemail each time. Even tried the live chat, but got no response from that either.
