Pretty poor really
Pretty poor really. I didn't receive my order intact. In fact I just received an empty wet bit of packaging in a sealed plastic bag. Not sure who was to blame but didn't receive my order. £13 wasted.

Good range of products at a good price
Good range of products at a good price, and my order was shipped quickly. The downside was the logistics: the website repeatedly gave unknown errors when trying to pay by card so I had to use PayPal. Then there was no email acknowledging order receipt, and again no email for it being shipped.

Lack of communication.
Ordered 7 bottles of gengigel mouth rinse on 21st August. Received an email to confirm the order after which nothing for a week. I phoned and was told that they only had 2 bottles in stock. They asked if I wanted them sent and wait for the rest. I said yes. Another week passed so I phoned them again. My 2 bottles were still with them and had not been sent out. I was told they would be sent and I decided to take a refund for the rest. After my second phone call I did receive the 2 bottles the next day along with the refund.
