I have used Livi many times. My last appointment was a very good experience. The GP was polite, well informed and she answered all my questions without rushing me. I managed to have an appointment the... See more

Livi is a great and reliable service
Livi is a great and reliable service. I can't fault Livi.
Very efficient and helpful service.
Very efficient and helpful service.
Unfortunately in my case I still needed a face2face appointment but the Livi Dr made it possible for me to get one the same day whereas when I contacted my surgery the next appointment was in 7 days and that was a telephone appointed.
Easy to use app
Easy to use app, the doctor called on time. I got an appointment with my GP the same day so good results.

The NHS is embracing the digital world with this great addition to their doctor service. It’s a simple alternative that provides a secure way to get a virtual in-person doctor appointment.
Booked, seen and sorted.
Everything from using the app to booking my appointment and up to and including being seen with understanding and compassion was second to none.
Awesome.
Convenient
Convenient, the GPs are understanding and efficient. It saves me trying to get an appointment at my surgery. I love it and would recommend.
Excellent Service
I have used Livi twice and on both occassions have been totally satisfied - from booking to end of appointment everything was simple and straightforward. I honestly wish getting seen by my own GP was as easy - in fact being able to get past the receptionist would be a start!
The doctor I spoke to was 100% professional she listened and discussed my symptons thoroughly with a great deal of empathy. A massive bonus was being able to collect my prescription within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again.

The Dr listened to me and I feel that my needs were heard and dealt with.
Just great!
As it's next to impossible to see my actual doctor Livi is a genuine lifesaver. The ease of use and no need to leave home are major plus points, but the friendly and interested doctors are truly the icing on the cake. Cannot recommend highly enough to take the pain out of being ill.
Livi is easy to use
I have used the Livi app on numerous occasions as it is provided free by my GP Surgery and it a suitable alternative to trying to get a GP appointment f2f at the surgery. Sometimes I'd even say it is a 'first option' for an appointment, especially if you don't need/want to see a doctor in person.
I've always found it easy to use, although it can be a bit time consuming if you have to put in all your medications and the symptoms you're having.
It's straightforward enough and you can choose an appointment time to suit. However, don't always assume you will get an appointment that same day.
My appointments have always been more or less on time and the GPs I've spoken to have been helpful and courteous. Referral letters and prescriptions (where applicable) have been issued straight after the call.
You get several prompts and reminders prior to the appointment time to ensure you don’t forget and if you do need to cancel its very easy to do.
All in all I think the Livi app is a great addition to the services offered by GPs.
Whether I would choose to pay for it though is a different matter
App and experience is bad but Wole is a goat
The app and treatment overall is very lackluster, I had a 30 minute delay today followed by the GP calling for less than 15 seconds, then cancelling my appointment.
I did however speak to a very well spoken gentlemen named Wole in Livi Support who did everything in his power to assist me after the fact, he gets a 5 star personally; I'd have given 1 star if not for him.

Started 10 mins later than planned but that is acceptable in my eyes. Professional , relaxed and quick appointment . Picked up prescription later that day. Will certainly use again if I cannot get drs f2f appointment
Livi push doctor
Livi was able to speak to me on a Saturday when my own doctor couldn't they are friendly and helpful

It was lovely to finally get to speak to a Dr online but I hated the previous try which required me to key in a pin given an hour before…it timed me out and did not renew the pin
This time I did not get the pin for confirmation and got to speak very quickly.
What a shambles
Appointment was booked for the morning so arranged my day around it then 1/2 hour prior to the time given it was postponed until the afternoon with a different doctor. So all day wasted. Also I was expecting a doctor from my local practise not someone from another part of the country.
I got a doctor who was not British and the language barrier was appalling she obviously didn’t understand our conversation and I could hardly understand her - the report she sent me was riddled with errors and even wrongly reported the symptoms I gave her.
Just not good enough for a first world country and I would like to speak to doctors who actually speak my language - English - we are in England after-all and I suspect that if I was a foreign person in this country I would get someone who spoke my native language.
On time call from GP
On time call from GP. Very helpful and understanding
Fast
Fast, efficient and knowledgable go. Straightforward and convenient. Good for simple illnesses and if you probably just need a quick consultation for a prescription. Possibly good for triaging as well. Appointment was on time, technology worked and it lasted five minutes. Prescription was sent to my local chemist and I picked up my treatment at lunchtime - all on a Saturday.
Quick friendly GPs who listen
Quick friendly GPs who listen, never judge and show compassion . As I'm ADHD Iam put at ease straight away with a smile and welcome . Not rushed and prescription straight away at chemist . 5 star service .
