Part of Wowcher. No communication. Have taken payment but, 6 weeks later, nothing has been received. Its robbery legalised. Living social - if you read this, my order number is 52760874

Ordered a camera trap for £19.99
Payed with PayPal, but unfortunately nothing has arrived yet, it's been 6 weeks of waiting.
No info about arrival, no contact at all.
Could've spent my money on something else, it's a shame this company treats their customers like this.
Don't use these cowboy merchants, go with a reputable company. Best to read the reviews like this one!!!! Before ordering is my advise.

Purchased and paid for a Peppa Pig Colouring Pen set in February 2023 plus postage. It never arrived. I have been trying to solve this problem via WhatsApp. I have emailed the company of purchase who never replied.
Very disappointed as nothing has been done.

If there were a button for zero stars I would have pressed it. Ordered an item before Xmas it never arrived so I was given a credit to spend on something else. Placed an order for another item and this has also failed to arrive.

Currently in a dispute with the company as they have issued a credit voucher which I have refused as I want a full refund as they can’t deliver what they promise

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a spice rack. Came totally smashed. Took pictures and emailed them…. Nothing. No communication. I’ve ended up with an item which is now in the bin as I have no way of sending it back and no way of a refund…… DONT USE!!!!

I have given this company 7 working days to refund my money bsckbto the original payment before I started a formal dispute.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

My voucher had been redeemed and I have sorted out payment through PayPal. Postage dealt with too. However, the 3rd party seller has yet to contact me and LivingSocial still think my voucher has not been redeemed and keep sending a reminder about that. I cannot find a way to specifically escalate or advance my purchase. Very unprofessional.

Misleading offer.. hotel said it was not valid Thursday to Sunday when we called.. no mention of this on hotel deal purchased from living social site.. deal is now available on Groupon specifying this exact clause.. would not use any deals with them now as it's proving extremely difficult to get a refund.. offering a voucher.. for what ? Another misleading deal.. no thanks..

No stars FRAUDULANT ordered a flyball for a Christmas present towards mid November it never arrived. (due to Royal Mail strikes left it a few weeks- other stuff I'd ordered after this one arrived ok via RM) No contact details to get in touch ie email, phone, customer services on line chat nothing. Went through Paypal so got them involved (got an instant refund) then an email via trustpilot saying they'd (living social) will contact me within 48 hrs that was around 7th Dec Still not heard from them

Wouldn't even give them one star! Bought the Toby carvery deal. Went over to dine with the voucher and they Wouldn't accept it. Totally embarrassed! Had to pay again. Don't buy anything from living social it's ridiculous trying to get your money back as well!.. stupid WhatsApp is all you get.. avoid!!!

They do not vet who is selling things ..the goods are from China. Not as advertised not advertised it was from China as I wouldn't have ever ordered..never ever again just rubbish 😒

The product was ok, but now I get every day about 5 E-Mails. I unscribed more then 1 time but it doesen´t stop.

One star just to write a review. Deserves no stars. My 2nd review. After several months, 1 out of 4 items received (broken), 3 not received at all, in correspondence with Aaron Finch via several emails & promised credit refunds (which werent received in my account) I have now unsubscribed. This 'company' is one big scam

Fraudulent company who you cannot make contact with. They will take your money and demand more for anything you would think is standard. All communication by text only.. they have a 48 hour time to respond policy. No chance of a refund once they take your money, and no one to talk to. Avoid this headache.. the holidays may seem like good deals but its a con to real you in and take you for as much as they can. You would be wise to use a reputable travel firm. I promise you if you use these people you will be stressed and out of pocket. I don't do negative reviews.. but this is a con too far. Disgusting.. shame on you! If anything I have said is incorrect.. I invite Living Standard to challenge me. I have proof that everything I have written is in fact true.

Bought 3 tables and paid for delivery but for them to release it I have to "Redeem" a voucher for each product. Each "Redeem" cost £5. Such a dodgy and scam like thing. Please avoid using.

I put an order in 2 weeks ago and money shows out my account instantly, but to date no shipping details or tracking number. It's impossible to try and track your order onsite.
This is disgusting. Will never use again. Luckily I didn't buy an item over 100 pounds I had been looking at. I notice they don't even have the decency to reply to complaints here. Utterly disgraceful site.

I am still waiting for refund only one item delivered on order of 2 refusing refund saying time lag too long ..not my fault there’s ..trying to get me to buy another item but not knowing till,purchase paid for whether credit allowed..website showing I don’t have credit.?

If there was a -5 score I would give it this! My experience after redeeming Wowchers to buy two bathroom cabinets has been awful. Three weeks have passed with no delivery or notification of delivery or communication from my complaints. I asked Klarna to cancel the next installment but they told me I had to wait until Jan 6th to give the company time to resolve the issue. I have sent messages on Wowcher Watsapo and been informed by a robot that it will take 72 hrs for a reply and I have been added to a list! What a SCAM!

I ordered 2 of the largest size Luxury LED Crystal Christmas Tree Lamps. When they arrived the packaging was very damaged and one of them didn't work. I followed instructions to return it to Obero in Manchester with a photo of the packages, but have subsequently heard nothing. Most disappointing!
