Excellent friendly staff no waiting no fuss

I got a phonecall the afternoon before telling me that they had a cancellation so would i want to have my brain scan at 9am the next day . I put off several things that day to accommodate the appointment . I got to the hospital for 9am my appointment time. It was difficult to find round back streets. I made out a form then sat for almost 30 minutes. A man came out and said they couldn't do the scan as they did not have the correct scan on site. HOW would they not know that before i came. Most upsetting. The people there were nice and apologetic but it was upsetting

Clean and modern facility, friendly and efficient staff, ample car parking, disabled access.

Excellent clinical team but reception staff refused to reduce the volume of the TV in the waiting area even though I had asked the other waiting patients' permission. Very unimpressed with this.

A woman or was it a man insisted that I finish the questionnaire before I went for mri scan stating that I must tell them whether I'm pregnant or not implying that I will not be seen until I have done so, I am a man 76yr old rough looking as hell, never been anything else other than a heterosexual as both a boy and a man, but anyway what woman on this earth has ever been pregnant at my age.

I have tried everyway to have my MRI images sent to myself as I require them urgently but several phone calls later I am met with red tape. All I want is what I have paid for. I would not use them again I was promised these before I had my scan .

Friendly reception with caring staff who explained the process step by step. Made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step. Bade me well as I left.

Attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere which made me feel at ease. Clean surroundings.

Staff very polite , made sure I knew the process of what was happening, made sure to answer any questions I had and made me feel relaxed and as comfortable as I could be . My first MRI and I would be happy to have another if needed.

Everyone is really nice but it’s always been a struggle to have a blood draw. This time I was basically told to go somewhere else where they have an ultrasound machine because the nurse who has always been able to do this has now left.

I visited another clinic who managed without incident and didn’t seem to understand why so much trouble was had, and managed without difficulty.

I know skill levels differ but to have nobody capable does worry.

I visited recently for blood drawing. Booking in and the whole process was easy to do, and the experience was extremely professional.

Had an MRI on 6th Feb 2025. Firstly, the MRI staff were 1st class. They dealt with everything very efficiently and professionally and provided a speedy result. Cannot fault any of that.

Also the booking team dealt with my initial request for an appointment extremely fast and took my payment equally as fast. After my MRI I had confirmation from BUPA that they would pay for the MRI and Livingcare will refund me the cost of the MRI. However, after 2 phone calls, 3 emails and almost 1 month since my first request for a refund, Livingcare continue to ignore me.

I fear that the only way to get them to speak to me will be to request a new appointment, then I expect they will ring me back instantly.

Professional environment & service from start to finish. Great experience

Staff were helpful and friendly on arrival. The two gentlemen who were in the MRI scanner area introduced themselves and explained everything that was going to happen. They were super. I was given the headphones and asked if I would like music or not. On leaving they told me when approximately I would get the results and who they would be sent to. Excellent experience. Thank you.

A completely different experience seeing the private GP. Gave me the time, compassion and treat with respect!! And listened.
Would recommend the service and use again

This is the second time I have been from walking in the door to leaving all staff are excellent they make you so comfortable.from the from start to finish. nurses to Doctor so professional absolutely brilliant people.cant thank you enough
