I bought a Living DNA kit for myself and i was'nt dissapointed.
Really really interesting report detailing geographical area of my DNA as well as maternal and paternal info.
I had purchased a kit from another well known DNA company a few years ago and thier report was no way as detailed as this one from Living DNA.
I my humble opinion i think its great.

The quick and timely response to my issues, and how diligently they were addressed.

I must admit the customer care in this company Living DNA is impeccable! I don’t know if I got lucky to get a special customer service person called Clare that was awesome and effective in every inquiry I had and was so professional or if the whole company have great staff as her !

Very quick, detailed and thorough response to an enquiry of interest of mine regarding my DNA results and their significance in relation to my known ancestry. The team were very helpful and willing to offer their expertise

Service is good, DNA estimate is neither very accurate or inaccurate. But that is all okay

The matches don't quite fit with my origins because I have a few of British and American DNA matches when I have zero ancestry from Britain or Western Europe. I guess there is something not allright with the matching algoritm.

In today’s customer care environment where you are typically greeted by an early stage cost saving bot that generally is anything but helpful, it was so refreshing to actually deal with a ‘human’ using discretion to solve a challenge I was experiencing. The Living DNA Team was responsive, empathetic and persistent in their efforts… special shout out to Emily G and Clare M.

Emily resolved the issue rapidly and successfully.

The customer service is outstanding and far superior to their competitors. Queries are answered in person speedily and suggestions escalated immediately. They have a very positive attitude to their customers and to what they can do to improve their service. As a genetics testing provider LivingDNA appears to be constantly adding new tools to interpret results.

The process was smooth. The results were very useful in my research. I have not yet requested medical information as I am only for the time interested in a deep dive into ancestry for my upcoming book, Ancestral Notes and Histories.

The company's employees were super helpful when I asked for the invoice of my purchase. :-)

Claire made my experience great; courteous, professional and prompt every time.

I have had cause to deal with the staff (particularly Claire) of Living DNA for various things and each time the response has been fantastic. Efficient and timely. I imagine they must deal with millions of queries so the fast turnaround time is always impressive. Instilled confidence!

Like the fact that it’s a uk based company, results came back much quicker than my husband’s which went to America.
Had some technical glitches, in that my mother was showing as a mans name in her haplogroup.Clare in Customer service when I made contact was very hands on with sorting it out, and threw in a Viking upgrade as a gesture of good will.
Results are beautifully presented and informative. Shame there is no tree builder, that would be a real bonus.

My experience with living dna has been wonderful. I feel as though they went above and beyond to get me my dna results. They were patient and courteous.
