I rented a fully furnished apartment in Manchester through Living Smart Lettings for almost two years and had a great experience with them. They were always friendly, responsive and quick to sort out any maintenance issues, which made things very easy. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and they were really accommodating when I wanted to bring in some of my own furniture. I was very happy with their services and wouldn’t hesitate to rent with them again.

I had a great experience living in a Living Smart shared house for 2 years. They were quick to respond to issues. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent a room.

I enjoyed living in a Living Smart Apartment for about 18 months with no issues. They were very responsive and prompt to resolve any issues that came up. Cleaners were also always available making the common areas (inside and outside) clean.

Had a great experience during my two years of renting with Living Smart. They’ve always been quick to respond to queries, and actioning maintenance/ repair requests!

Rented from them for almost 2 years - no complaints whatsoever. They always responded relatively quickly to any issues or concerns we had and were always helpful throughout.

The accommodation I rented in Withington was modern and lovely. They own 2 properties next door to each other which is great for meeting new people. Would rent of them again ☺️
