For 30 years, I have the the EXTREME DISPLEASURE, OF DEALING WITH SUCH A CORRUPT, UNPROFESSIOMAL USELESS ORGANIZATION. THEY must be funded by the mob, because it defies explanation how they can stay in business.Their tracker system is a joke, their agents are sooo uneducated and have no clue what their doing, I hate, hate dealing with them, I sooo wish they would go out of business, They SUCK!

Everything is wrong almost every time!If we are lucky to get someone who is doing his job,paperwork is cleared on time or they send us info if something is missing. That is maybe 10% chance!
They don't answer on the phone,and if you are lucky to get them on the phone excuses are always the same!
I do not recommend this cb to any serious company who wants to have shipment on time.

Recently submitted my clearance for Canada bound shipment & waited at the border for 17 hours. They have not processed my request until the last min. When tried to call, 2 hours wait time to speak with someone. Lost time & revenue.
This happens more often with Livingston. Will definitely avoid using them going forward.

Worst customs broker than all others, takes forever to clear the PAPS Shipments. Tried calling them and they keep saying we put you in rush but 3 hours later, no one is touching the shipment yet. And drivers waiting at the border wasting time.
Should have asked the broker if Livingston is the customs broker of the shipment.

Beware if you have ever Shipment clearance with the Livingston customs broker, they never clear the shipments on time.
10 out 10 times, they have given us hard time.
Wish we knew before booking a load that they have customs broker Livingston, will hang up with no hesiation.

The worst customs broker ever. They never listen and never clear the shipment on time. I as a transportation carrier, if I know earlier and have a choice I better to cancel that load because I know they will ruin our day as well the driver. Stay away from them.
One of my long time shipper was having issues with them for so long as usual, I asked them to change to another broker, they switched to Willson. They have almost 30 to 50 shipments everyday across the borders between CA/US/CA and now everything is going smooth.

Worst Customs brokers i have ever worked for. Their call centre never has any update. you keep telling them your driver is at the border and they dont care. it take hours and hours before they clear shipment.

First off I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Jason and Kajal. From the start with Jason on importing my mini Kei Truck from Japan to Canada. Jason was always around for my questions and was quick to respond, via email. I might have been a pest at times but he assured me everything will go smoothly, it did! Jason quoted, did all the paperwork then passed it on to his team member Kajal who looked after transport from the Vancouver Port to Toronto. Kajal was very helpful and at times I was anxious considering I bought this truck back in May and it finally arrived in October to the port. I just wanted it shipped ASAP to Toronto for me. I greatly appreciate all the work the Livingston Team did for me. Communication is key to the service they provided. If you plan on importing a vehicle and transporting it, I could only say one thing USE Livingston! They won't let you down. I don't know about other reviews but my experience was A1 solid. The team deserves a pat on the back and keep up the GREAT work.

i have left many reviews for LIvingston and its refreshing to know that nothing has changed. the communication is poor and inconsistent. Shipments are never cleared on time no matter how much time you give them to clear it. they do 0 work to ensure pre clearance so trucks dont get stuck. they have 0 empathy for drivers waiting , they have made 0 progress in making their processes efficient, yet their leadership team boasts how they have improved client experience and have a clear tech roadmap so their shareholders are kept in the dark. by now you should have ammassed enough intel to create seamless processes and customer service instead of spending your efforts on increasing revenues through stellar sales development how about actually putting some substance behind this house of cards???

The company needs to keep promises, make the process transparent and not playing games with customers.
Before I used Livingston to ship my car from Toronto to Vancouver , the staff I talked to was nice and detailed and explained that the shipping time is generally 2 to 3 weeks.
So I trusted my car would be in good hands and I paid the shipment fee.
I dropped off my car on Oct 4. Now it's Oct 20, when I checked the status of the my car with the company, I was told the car has not left the original terminal yet!! It's unbelievable . Based on their process which I was explained to, the car should have already been close to the terminal !
This delay is causing impact to many aspects of my life.
Be really careful when using the company .... the nice experience you have with the salesperson/ front desk staff doesn't mean you receive decent service as promised.

we were missing some documents on a DG load. I provided them first thing in the morning. Almost 2 hours later they are telling me we don't have the documents. So lazy that they can't check their damn email smh.
work with a tons of brokers but Livingston always makes customs clearance a pain!!!!
