ZERO STARS! The worst customes broker ever. The agents never comunicate with the carrier what is wrong with the paperwork. I want to bring attention to customers not to use this broker because it is always a problem to clear the shipments.PLEASE NEVER USE THEM.

Please please please please do not use this broker, no management skills, lack of communication. Every time I see Livingston on my BOL, I pull my hair. Waiting for 16hrs to clear customs, got late for delivery and for next PU. Their excuse always is , we didn't receive documents, send to this email, sent to supervisor email now we will give you one time exception email for second supervisor after passing all this finally they admitted that they have the documents now, but hi, still its been 4hrs nothing happened, I have been consistently calling every hour and the answer is same our team is working on it. Never ever have this kind of experience with any other broker, delays happened but for some important reasons not that we are working on it. I beg all of you please do not use this broker you will get nothing else beside headache and stress. People who answer calls knows nothing I feel sorry about them for listening everyone's frustration.

I have experienced several brokers over the years. Some were a little better than others. But Livingston OMG! Run don't walk away. I would never use them by choice. I currently have a real customs broker for my own business. But I had to move a shipment for a valued customer that uses Livingston. Nightmare! I thought the other negative reviews might be harsh or trolls. But no they accurately describe the Livingston situation. These people are trying to warn you from the Livingston hell. They are profoundly frustrated and have been really financially hurt due to the Livingston delays at the boarder. You can not make a worse choice.

Called the company about putting a shipment into bond. The first person that I spoke with was nice. I got transferred to someone who sounded like they had a bit of a French accent. I asked my question and was told that they don’t do that (never really had a chance to explain what I needed) they he just abruptly hung up the phone.

i won't name my company but we have been using Livingston whose name should be Deadingston for 2 months now. Worst service ive ever seen in this industry. i have worked with many brokers and this one is absolutlely the worst !!! Customer service Sucks ! You call them they act like they have no clue what's going on. You send the paperwork multiple times to multiple people and still nothing. If your in need of heart attack or a brain anuerism then this is the company for you ! I had no choice but to give them 1 star, they absolutely deserve 0 !!! STAY AWAY

We had them help us get some freight in the country back in 2021. They came back in 2024 claiming an adjustment invoice they received from the freight company they went through back in 2021 was sent to the wrong people and keep threatening us with collections. Would've used them again before this bs fiasco. Steer clear as this company lacks integrity and accountability.

Third time in less then 3 months we have 2 trucks at the border not cleared. Customer called directly and they would give no information to them, said they'd have someone call back with no guarantee that it would happen. It's a Friday night at 10pm and the customer submitted all docs for preclearance early in the morning.
2 trucks at border. Customer has already confirmed if this isn't handled immediately that they will switch to Willson, which I am strongly advocating they do regardless. They treat drivers like they are not human. It's disgusting.

I work for a company that makes manifests for carriers. There is not a single broker even close to as bad as Livingston is. I'm currently on hour 13 waiting for clearance and have no idea when it will get done. I hate Livingston with the passion of a thousands suns. If you're considering them. Don't. Use absolutely anyone else.

By far the worst customs broker. Consistently does not get paperwork done. Whoever answers the telephone is reading from a script and does not do what they say. Usually takes 4 phone calls to get paperwork complete.

Worst Broker I have dealt with in 27 years of service I would give them a Zero if it was a option . Unfortunately I have two clients that use them. I almost always have to call and remind them to do there entry . I am pretty sure I am there safety net for getting there employees to do there job. I do my side of the entry and send the info to them. Wait 5 to 6 hours with no entry done. Phone then get the same info every time from there call Centre who is not in the same building or anywhere near the team that does the reviewing . In other words there are no answers of assurance from there call Centre other then they are going to send a email to there team and wait for there answer. From here it could be cleared in a hour to 4 hours I assume to the amount of people working at that time or other people’s entries they forgot to do. When they got Hacked or there system was down for a week and could do any entries . This was the end of 2022 or beginning of 2023 I was promised shipments to get cleared which did happen for days. I stayed up all night for fine entry phoning every hour being promised a form to get it across with out the entry done. Was informed at 6:00am the next morning that they stopped issuing the form as they were able to do entries again. I also was informed that they would be going through the entries as they came in. The entry was finally custom certified at noon. Shipment was already 6 hrs late and to boot the driver ran out of hours. After staying up all night following the shipment for my customer I had to do the load with no sleep. The client used Affiliated Customs prior to that . With any problems the shipment had I would them, be talking to the person fixing the entry. It would be a 5-10 min call and when I hung up the shipment was customs certified and ready to cross the boarder. I have dealt with Livingston for multiple years now and nothing has changed. Also when you have dealt with them for a while they become predictable as they keep making the same mistakes . If you are able to use another broker I would.

The worst customs broker I have seen. They don't care of the importance of the shipment. Honestly, we have stopped those shipment where Livingston is their broker but some time the same mistake happen again. All other brokers are very friendly, they listen to the importance of the shipments to be cleared but Livingston is all above worst all the time. I will make sure we never haul Livingston's customs broker shipment again, not even by mistake.

Their customer / driver line is a call centre manned by people unable to affect anything. All they can do is provide you with the very same status as you are seeing on the online tracker. We have had to assume thousands of dollars of loss due to driver being delayed at the border. I sometimes have to send up to 20 loads a day through their system and inevitably one or two get tied up for some obscure reason that is not available on the online tracker. Asking for a Livingston representative to call is useless. Asking questions of those answering the phone is useless.
I dread finding that they are the broker of choice.
Worst Custom broker - Never to use. I sent documents 24 hours ago - called and checked, was under review. Now after 30 hours they tell me it is on hold, no agent from Livingston team tried to contact. 218C20230915103B PARS. , Driver at border and waitng. Livinsgton is the most unprofessional way of handling custom clearance. they just dont care about freight/driver sitting at broder.
