Great product & fast well packed delivery

Product was great Value, delivered within 10 days.
Lost one star as delivery driver was to focused on himself rather than the customers needs.

I purchased 2 prints that unfortunately arrived damaged. After contacting James at customer service, replacement prints were dispatched and received in under a week. Amazing customer service!

Will shop at Living Styles again and have past on my experience to friends

Website was easy to navigate and search for items. Ordering and payment was easy. Delivery was great. received a phone call to inform the driver was on his way. Quality of furniture is good. Well packed, no damages. Very happy customer.

Ordered and paid for 2 shelving units. After 6 weeks no communication from Living Styles. After enquiring on order status was informed the factory is not making the shelving units now. The worst company I have ever delt with. Avoid at all costs

The best is the products. I absolutely love them, I researched extensively before deciding which outdoor setting best met my requirements. I saw nothing else on the net that matched this for beauty and uniqueness. And, I was really pleased to note that they were as comfortable as they looked in the pictures. Great service and delivery as well.

It was easy to place the order and the delivery drivers were fantastic but there was slight confusion around when I was going to receive the order prior to it being dispatched. I had taken the window of dates within the order to mean when it would actually arrive but after communicating with the help team was given the understanding that this was dispatched to the delivery team only and it could be another week after that. What made it easier was once it was dispatched I was able to ring the delivery company and confirm the delivery date to then arrange a handy person to put the furniture together. The delivery company you use is fantastic and went above my expectations both prior to delivery and on the day of delivery. I would purchase again based on this and now that I have a better understanding of what the dates in the order mean.

It’s hard buying furniture online, but the items were as represented online and the whole process was very easy and we have no complaints at all. We spent a large amount of money and that feels risky but we will buy again as the experience was very good. Delivery team was excellent, very respectful of our home and ensured we were happy with the condition of everything before they left.

We ordered 3 pendants, one unfortunately arrived broken. Customer service answered our email before 4pm the following day snd followed up with a phone call shortly after. Friendly and professional staff advised it would be replaced as we paid for additional insurance.
Replacement product arrived a week later.

I HIGHLY recommend Living styles. I write this review with personal experience with my recent purchase from living styles which has been one of the best in a very long time.

I usually read all reviews when I buy something but never write any. However this team deserves the recognition.

We wanted to purchase a bed that was on sale however our credit card had an issue that prevented us from taking advantage of the sale price. It kept failing at checkout. This was nothing to do with living styles and purely a card issue. The sale was about to end however the lovely staff member understood our issue and granted an extension for us. Not only did they extend the promotional date, they also discounted the delivery cost. They really did not have to do this. It was purely kindness.

I called to make the purchase and again had issues with the credit card. They were very understanding and allowed a further extension. I eventually purchased the item. I also didn't want to waste time and had requested for delivery and installation as well.

This is where my experience went from great to amazing. My experience with installers in the past from other companies have been let's say, ok. They do the job and tell you to go back to the store for issues. Later finding out missing screws or scratches which you cannot prove they did as they have already left before you noticed. That's all I expected from the guys that turned up. However the guys that came were next level. The bed we bought had many heavy parts and were delivered and left in our garage downstairs. They were meant to be dropped off as close as possible to the location of installation. The guys carried all parts to our upper level of the house with extreme care to avoid hitting the walls and damage the floor when placing them down. They installed everything within 45mins and at the end gave me a run down of how the bed lift works and precautions for safety. It may come across like its nothing but their attention to detail and care was amazing. I'm a very OCD person and I am usually not impressed due to high expectations. These guys were top level!

If you are thinking about if you should pull the trigger for a purchase, my personal experience was amazing! I'd be coming back. I say give them a go atleast. They are really friendly and treat you as a customer not a sale opportunity.

Livingstyles is my go to place for most furniture and all my homewares. The customer service team is great and super friendly. I would highly recommend them, it's refreshing to know that you are dealing with a team that actually cares about their customers and not just the sales.
