The best experience i have had with a furniture company. I ordered the Mossvale Wooden Oval Dining Table and it arrived in perfect condition and exactly what it looked like online.
I also had a great experience with the delivery from Pedemonts - very professional, exceptional service and just overall so lovely and friendly - highly recommend!

I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing product and excellent customer service.

I am a mid 40s single Mum and I put this together by myself in 2.5 hours... including putting 2 horizontals in wrong then unassembling them, swapping them and refitting them (Pays to read the whole instructions booklet beforehand lol) I thought it would take ages.

Every part was in the box and all screw holes lined up. That never happens with flat pack for me!

Very happy! My daughter will be wrapt at Christmas!

Wicker sofa is great quality and was delivered in the timeframe provided by LivingStyles. This is particularly important as, buying online, I wasn't able to able to 'road test' for comfort and quality - it was a leap of faith purchase! Happy to do business with LivingStyles again.

Not only did I receive excellent quality furniture, I also had two of the best delivery men ever. Helpful, respectful and innovative. These guys went beyond the extra mile and did a fantastic job. I'm very grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

Quite fast delivery and good communication. The bed is of sound construction and was an easy assembly. The slat height is rather high so once we put our 375mm thick mattress on it becomes quite high. Other than that all good thank you

I bought a dining table, chairs and sideboard online, based on the description on the website and several emails to customer service rep, Andy.
Andy went above & beyond, answering all my questions and providing extra photos not shown on the website. The furniture arrived today and I couldn't be happier!

The online chat service was excellent. I found the product I was looking for, but I needed to confirm something about the specifications. The consultant was knowledgeable and answered all my questions resulting in a sale.

My experience was fantastic from the get go. Andy was very helpful and spent a lot of his time looking after me, answering my questions and making suggestions. The delivery was faultless and the two delivery men took time to make sure they cleared up any mess. They only took 24minutes to assemble all seven items which included a glass top dining table, 4 velvet chairs, a glass topped coffee table and a matching lamp table. I will certainly be using Living Style in the future and recommending the company to my friends.

Purchased this stunning buffet unit after searching in-store and online for the right piece. I felt nervous investing in such an expensive item without seeing it but after speaking to a customer service representative, I was instantly reassured. The quality is better than I could have imagined and friends and family are always asking where I got the piece from. Highly recommend! Thanks team!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. If Andy is a representation of this company then I would steer clear. He was VERY rude and dismissive.I am still in utter disbelief in the way I was spoken too and treated. This was my first order and my last.

Out standing Customer Service
Andy was simply unbelievable from the first phone call to the actual delivery, he followed through with every promise that he made. It was an absolute pleasure to purchase my bedroom suite.He had a can-do attitude and nothing was too much trouble for him.

I recently purchased an Emmerson Oak Timber, 6 Drawer Dresser (Lime Washed Oak) through LivingStyles, and it is absolutely superb. Just so beautiful and really high quality. And the LivingStyles online staff, (Andy in particular), were incredibly helpful during this process. As it is quite a large purchase, buying online was always going to be risky. As such I requested a warehouse photo, as opposed to just going by the online website photo, to help ascertain actual colour, and no problem, within minutes Andy had sent the requested warehouse photo, along with a very unexpected, but much appreciated, $50 good-will discount! I had emailed a competitor with my questions regarding this product, but unlike LivingStyles, they simply never addressed any of them, much less sent me additional photos & a discount! They also charged almost three times the cost for delivery that LivingStyles charged! I also had concerns re: any type of strong fumigation smell, having had a really bad experience with this in the past, but I was reassured that in the many years of LivingStyles selling this product, not once had there been any issues regarding smell. And sure enough, when the dresser arrived, no issues with smell whatsoever. All up a just a really beautiful, high quality product, and a really positive online purchase experience, as has been the case with all my LivingStyles purchases. Could not recommend this company, or this product, more highly.

I haven't received my item yet and am not sure when I will. I ordered early July and was given a two week range in which my item was going to be despatched. When that wasn't happening I was simply given a new two week date range - no explanation, apology or more concise time when my item is supposedly going to be delivered. The tone of customer service is terse and is generally unhelpful and intent on making you feel stupid.

After contacting Living Styles following the instructions in the reply they left on this review I can report that they quickly solved the issue and were extremely friendly and service oriented in doing so. I was very pleasantly surprised (and have to eat all my words above) and will happily recommend this company as one that is a pleasure to deal with. I'm chalking the initial bad experience up to miscommunication and misunderstandings.
